We’ve noticed a lot more tiny homes being used for Airbnb on local farms as another income stream for small businesses. It’s truly a great idea, especially for those who want to experience farm life! Perch & Nest designed and built this beautiful Roost 24 model for Foxfire Meadow in North Carolina, and they expect it to be ready for guests in January.
The house has a standard loft tiny house layout, with the galley kitchen next to the bathroom on one end of the house and the living room on the other end. The bedroom can fit a queen-sized bed, and you get up there via a ladder. What do you think?

While sleek, modern tiny houses are gorgeous, I’m still partial to cabin-inspired tiny houses, heated by a wood stove and featuring live-edge countertops. This cedar-clad 26′ tiny home is just that! Even though the interior blends darker wood tones, the number of windows and skylights makes the 275-square-foot space feel exceptionally spacious.
The galley kitchen takes up the back of the tiny home, and there’s a wet bathroom running parallel to it. Storage stairs lead up to the loft bedroom, which benefits from a large skylight. The house is/was for sale in Bend, Oregon, for $69,000.

Becca, Tyler, and their four children spend their weekends traveling to amazing spots for skiing, mountain biking, and hiking adventures. The family loves outdoor sports, and was looking for a way to make getting to great places easier and more convenient. They weren’t up for a DIY build, but they came across Vandoit and had the most incredible rig made up for them!
This van sleeps 6 and safely seats all 6 family members, with bench seats that can be removed when they arrive on-site to allow more space to walk around the van. They have a pop-up shower stall, outdoor kitchen, and a “toilet tent” they set up upon arrival. What do you think of their home on wheels?

This gorgeous Huckleberry tiny home was built by Rewild Tiny Homes for a client who needed a second home base since she splits her time between Vancouver Island and the Canadian mainland where her husband works. She’s a yoga instructor and wanted a space where she could exercise, relax and recharge.
Many of the materials inside were vintage or reclaimed, including the amazing antique oven that she can use to bake bread. The home has diamond windows, a soaking tub, and a first-floor bedroom. What do you think?

Look at this beautiful 400-square-foot park model tiny house, originally built by Anchored Tiny Homes. Located in the Island Cove Mobile and Tiny Home Community in Durango, Colorado, this build showcases how a slightly larger footprint can provide all the comforts of a traditional home while maintaining the efficiency of tiny living.
The design features a private first-floor bedroom with a full closet, a 3/4 bathroom with a large walk-in shower stall, and a U-shaped kitchen featuring full-sized appliances and a dishwasher. It’s an excellent example of the “park model” category, which offers more width and height than a standard tiny house on wheels.
