Pre-Fab Multi-Use Smart-Modules by Casa-Cubo Brazil

These are the ingenious Pre-Fab-Multi-Use-Smart-Modules by Casa-Cubo Brazil.

The 30 sq. ft. micro buildings can serve as homes, guest rooms, pool houses or even tiny retail spaces. Some even come with remarkable “living walls” which is totally something I want in or on my house someday. You can see the “Cube House” in both “house” and “retail” mode down below.

From the builder:

I designed and currently build what is the First Brazilian Tiny-House to be put for sale on the market.

Our units are Pre-Fab Multi-Use Smart-Modules that offer up to 30 sq./ft. of interior space, ship flat-packed and may be put together (and also dissembled in the future if needed), in just one day.

We have tree units being used as rental suites in Caraiva, a tiny beach town of Caraiva in the northern Brazilian state of Bahia, we have been featured on a Brazilian TV show (Power Couple Brasil), also on a design expo in Rio de Janeiro (ArtRio 2015), and will now launch 15 Casas-Cubo to be used in a Food-Park to be used as premium-food-stands / shops.

I love this structure it’s just so Eco friendly as well as multi tasking being able to change from home to store so easily…! It does not surprise me that it’s designed in Brazil as they are so far ahead of us when it comes to ecology…! The green plant wall really sets this building apart…

I can’t get enough of the green plant wall. I worked as a Horticulturist Assistant for four years, and my boss and I just loved living walls!
