That is my dream house. I need one more year until my son graduates high school to move!
I could easily see this as a retirement home. But that is still several years away! Love it all the same!
Love this cabin. I think the chinking makes it look different/appealing. ALSO: Love the sofas — anyone know the brand or source??????? Thanks for the help!
Nice cabin, though i find too much clutter with the over massive furniture in the living room. Don’t understand why after de-cluttering of ones life, such large pieces are used…..Perhaps a good interior designer could help out with this ? After all, small spaces deserve a different approach.
How a home is furnished or decorated depends on the owner’s preferences. Some people tolerate clutter more than others. And sometimes when you are moving into a smaller space there are things you just can’t give up!
I just like to look at the structure of the home and its floor plan. Then my brain goes into gear and I imagine how I might like it to be.
I can tell you that, if you have a cabin at Tahoe, you will have a lot of company and you need a lot of seating. But I would get green, blue, or even red sofas to balance out all the brown tones…love wood, even as much as this one has but it needs some contrast.
Really authentic. Those HDR photos really bring out the fingerprints on the fridge, don’t they?
Is there a dining area in the house?
Wow! What a nice cabin! It looks pretty large inside. Love the furniture and the fireplace. I love the look of the outside, it’s really a nice place! Enjoy!!
Thumbs up on interior design. The seating blends with the structure and the exterior views. Harmonious. Relaxing. Thank you!
I need any and all info on this tiny home plans and cost please.
Classic vacation home in a perfect area. Drool. For me, the large pieces fit nicely.
I love this cabin. Who is the manufacturer of the couch?
Great combination of modern and rustic. Imagining my 5-piece black leather sectional in that wood-paneled living/great room, 40″ panel TV and full-size surround speakers. The stainless steel is my color, too! The same place would be great on the East Coast too.
