Michael decided to sell his big house in Tennessee and use the equity to buy his very own tiny house to take with him on his US travels. He found this awesome 18 foot Firefly from Little Homes of Texas and prettied it up with an awning, shutters, fold-up deck and more.

His home has a downstairs bedroom, compact bed and galley kitchen. It only weighs 3,800, meaning he can take it just about anywhere he’s wanted to travel since he hit the road in July! Read his story after the photo tour below.

Meet the Bruder EXP-6, an amazing high-tech travel trailer designed for off-roading and built by Australian company, Bruder. This amazing house on wheels has epic suspension, an aerodynamic design and all kinds of fantastic features and upgrades available.

The home can sleep two with a double bed, or you can get three extra bunks to sleep up to 6 comfortably. It has a cool kitchen that’s accessible from both the exterior and interior, as well as two fridges: One you can access outside and one from inside. And yes, there’s a bathroom, and an additional outdoor shower, as well.

As you can imagine, something this fancy comes with a pretty big price tag, but it’s worth showing you all because of the ingenious features that you can get inspiration from. I filled out a quote for the basic model shipped to the US, and it starts at $115,000 USD. You can fill out your own quote here.

This is the Tvan Camper Trailer by Track Trailer in Australia. It’s a micro travel trailer that you can tow with just about any vehicle, including off-road vehicles.

Once you’re at your camping site, the rear folds out into a tent with a platform at the bottom. On one side of the camper, there’s a nice outdoor kitchen compartment that you can pull out. It also features an awning that sets up in less than two minutes right above your kitchen area. It’s very, very cool!

Take a look at it below and let us know what you think in the comments.

This is the Winnhaven, a renovated 30 ft. travel trailer by Wander in the West, a company that’s using the trailer to tour the American West and promote American-made products.

What’s really cool about this camper renovation is that it was done with all American-made products from brands like The Citizenry, Shoppe by Amber Interiors, Sinkology, Tuft & Needle, Burrow and more.

Our mission is to connect people in their local environments to the great people, brands and products that are made in their own backyards and they don’t even know it. We’re helping to support all of the American makers that are working hard to create unique things wherever they may be and more attention needs to be brought to these unique movers & shakers.

Enjoy pictures of the Winnhaven below and then check out the work of Wander in the West here.

This is a Renovated 1970 Aristocrat Land Commander was for sale by owner in Portland, Oregon back in 2017.

Although it still needs some sprucing up on the outside, the interior is all new! I love a good camper conversion, and this one fits the bill. It’s small and compact, with a kitchenette, bed/couch and little seating area. Get all the details on the last page.
