This 160 sq. ft. tiny cottage with a loft is absolutely beautiful, isn’t it? This tiny house is located on a farm south of Stockholm. It’s there for guests (there’s a larger home on the property too).
For me, there’s something even more special about tiny houses without wheels. It’s just so classic and simple. I love it. How about you? I like the covered front door and I also really like the colors they used (red, white, teal, and black). It’s just awesome, isn’t it?
When you go inside you’ll find open living space, a tiny kitchen, and an upstairs sleeping loft. That’s about it! There’s no bathroom inside because there’s a wonderful separate bathhouse with dual showers. That’s where your washer/dryer is located, also. What do you think of this setup? Would it work for you?

Could you share a tiny house with one of your parents? It wouldn’t work for everyone, but it’s working just fine for Candice and her mother, Baoying.

We estimate this backyard tiny house has almost 200 sq. ft. of space inside.
A reader, who sent the photos in, says it’s about 10′ x 20′ which looks about right.
I don’t have that much information on this but this was probably really affordable to build.
The design isn’t the best because there’s no dedicated bedroom space. The living area is multifunctional and serves as bedroom, living area, office, and shower. The toilet is probably in the outhouse shed you can see in the first photo below.

Right now I want to show you the Ravenlore Tiny House on Wheels built by Jim Wilkins of Tiny Green Cabins.
It’s 22′ long by 8′ wide and weighs about 13,500 lbs. Something unique about it, too, is that it sits on a 4 axle trailer. And it also has a built in solar system.
It’s now owned by Nicki Jo Davis who just bought it and hasn’t quite yet moved in but is in the process of doing so. Please enjoy and re-share below. Thank you!

Located in the Hype Park historic district of Tampa this two-story garage was designed and built by Historic Shed.
They completely renovated the existing one-story garage to include what you see now, a two-story one car garage with a 240 sq. ft. cottage.
As you will see in the pictures below the cottage is nicely done with wood flooring and big enough for a guest house, mother-in-law suite or at-home office.
Would you add a tiny cottage above your garage? If so what would you use it for?

I’d like to share with you this prefabricated tiny hexagonal dwelling designed by Hivehaus. You could say it also looks like a honeycomb shaped house. Prefabricated models are built so you can have just one pod or add as many as you like. Each pod is 100 square feet and available with customizable floor plans.
The pods are delivered in panels making it easy for two people to construct the home. What you see below are three pods placed together to create a 333 sq. ft. home with one bedroom, a bathroom, kitchen and living space. The kitchen has a great multi-functional cabinet that tucks everything out of eye when you are not using it. And check out the fire wall. It’s a movable wall, like a door, with a fireplace that allows you to have it either inside or outdoors. What do you think of this tiny house design?

This tiny house on a truck for sale is built on the back of a 1991 F-250 7.3L diesel truck with a custom flatbed frame for $4200. If you’re looking to explore the world in a custom built motorhome, this might be the right one for you.
It’s fully insulated, has a Tiny Tot wood stove, and is partially set up to run on vegetable oil. The truck just needs a little more work to be completely finished but so far inside you’ll find a cooking area, custom furniture, LED lighting, speakers, and more (see below).
