Custom built tiny home for sale in Odessa FL. . .the trailer it was built on was once a double decker buccaneer tailgating trailer with commercial equipment on the bottom and the upper deck was used as seating. . .anyways the house is well insulated with 3/4 high density foam which was wrapped in radiant barrier also the roof has 2+ inches of polyurethane/icining insulation foam…roofed with metal roofing . . the exterior has pecky cypress. . .interior is done with finished plywood…outlets and switches and lights and one fan is done…faucets have been installed. . .kitchen has 30 in propane stove top and deep sink. . .bathroom has new vanity, rv toilet, and a brand new 18 in deep soaking tub with surround. . .laminate floors are in the main room. . .axles, springs, and tires are brand new and comes with a brand new spare as well…project is about 90% complete…just needs a few more things and its totally done…built it for myself to live in but have since moved into a house and no longer need it….does not come with land….call Jarid. This DIY Tiny House on Wheels For Sale is a Guest Post by Ethan Ramirez
Fifteen months ago my girlfriend Kelsey and I started work on our second tiny house. At first everyone assumed we were building another house because the first was too small. They would ask, “are you building the second one bigger?” Our answer was, “no we are actually going smaller.”
As you can probably imagine people wanted to know why, and the reason is we felt that we could make an even smaller house even more efficient. We found that our first house was laid out in a manner that did not take full advantage of its footprint and we wanted to prove to ourselves that we could not only do it better but in a smaller footprint.
So we began working and after three months of long days we finally completed our even smaller tiny house. Unit 2 was it’s title and we were excited to begin our lives inside it’s cozy interior.
Our time spent in Unit 2 was very happy and we will always remember that time of our life fondly but due to a new opportunity we have been presented with we have come to the decision to find Unit 2 a new owner. Someone who will love it and enjoy it as much as we have.

This Tumbleweed Tiny House in Prarieville, LA. After 3 years of tiny living, Jeremy & Renee Molley are selling their tiny home because of an addition to their family.

According to the Craigslist listing it is titled as a 2014 RV travel trailer and is available with an asking price of $35,000.

I had to let you know as soon as I found out that the Odom family tiny house for sale over at Tiny r(E)volution. (SOLD)
If you’re not familiar with their tiny home I featured it a while back on this post after they had recently finished it.
But if you’ve been looking for the right used tiny house to buy, this might be the right one at the right price. They’re only asking $16,100.
I think that’s quite the fair deal… Might even be a steal of a deal considering most tiny homes of that size and quality are demanding prices of $35,000, $45,000 and even $55,000 at times. More than likely it’s already sold.
