Originally, this was posted to help her sell her amazing little cabin on wheels. But it has since sold. It was such a great deal!

Right now I’m showing you an amazing deal of a tiny house for sale in the Ozarks of South Central Missouri. It’s my friend Jackie’s tiny home that she’s had for many years.
She used to live in it in the Florida Keys. It has since then been moved to the Ozarks. And now that Jackie has her own slightly larger cabin, and her son no longer uses it, she’s selling it.
And in my opinion, this might be one of the best tiny house deals I’ve ever seen. It’s truly an ‘unknown’ classic tiny house that has been around before the tiny house movement ever really took off.
It must be moved so you’ll want to bring your own flatbed and plenty of jacks to go pick it up. It was once on a trailer before, but it now sits on blocks.

This adorable tiny home in the middle of Stockholm is secluded away in a small courtyard, perfect for entertaining guests.
Like the outside, the inside of this 300 sq. ft. home is quaint and features classic subway tiles and cool grey cabinets. The home is bright and clean which allows for the small space to feel roomy and airy.
The bottom floor of this tiny home features the kitchen, bathroom and living area. Then you can take the rustic staircase up to the second floor, where you’ll find the bedroom which is roomy enough to fit a bed, a small accent chair and TV console. I’m excited about sharing this 8′ x 16′ tiny house for sale with you because the asking price is only $22,000 (update: SOLD). Plus it’s really cool, creative, and has some unique features.
Most notably it has a large honeymoon-style bathtub which is super rare in tiny houses on wheels. In addition it has a custom murphy style queen bed that you can flip up and down (and so you don’t have to use a sleeping loft at all).

This DIY Tiny House on Wheels For Sale is a Guest Post by Ethan Ramirez
Fifteen months ago my girlfriend Kelsey and I started work on our second tiny house. At first everyone assumed we were building another house because the first was too small. They would ask, “are you building the second one bigger?” Our answer was, “no we are actually going smaller.”
As you can probably imagine people wanted to know why, and the reason is we felt that we could make an even smaller house even more efficient. We found that our first house was laid out in a manner that did not take full advantage of its footprint and we wanted to prove to ourselves that we could not only do it better but in a smaller footprint.
So we began working and after three months of long days we finally completed our even smaller tiny house. Unit 2 was it’s title and we were excited to begin our lives inside it’s cozy interior.
Our time spent in Unit 2 was very happy and we will always remember that time of our life fondly but due to a new opportunity we have been presented with we have come to the decision to find Unit 2 a new owner. Someone who will love it and enjoy it as much as we have.
