This cozy tiny house is 24 feet long and it has a sleeping loft with a staircase, two heat sources, lots of natural light, and a rustic cottagey interior design.

The current owner, John, bought the tiny house from a couple who lived in it off-grid for 2 years while they built their permanent home. It’s now located next to a lake in Chelsea, Quebec, Canada, and you can rent this tiny house on Airbnb.

Lumbec is a tiny house builder in Gatineau, Quebec that I’m showing you here today. They’ve recently launched their new Tiny House Lumbec website along with a 3D rendition prototype of their tiny house on wheels.

You’ll also get to see a reclaimed tiny barn cabin that they built out of reclaimed materials a couple of years ago. It isn’t completely finished inside, but you can definitely see the tiny house living potential here.

According to their about page, they will be building out their new tiny house on wheels design over the next two months while sharing the process. Please enjoy and if you want to help spread the word about this builder re-share these Lumbec Tiny Houses below. Thank you!

This tiny cottage built for $11k is a guest post by Dominique Poulin

We recently built this tiny cottage with help from family and friends in Saint-Andre- Avellin, Quebec, Canada for 11k. We were lucky to have a neighbor mill all the exterior wood from our very own trees! The interior is not quite finished but we are getting there.

We plan to remain off-grid and install solar in the coming year as well as build a well. We have about 60 acres of land, and are planning to build more tiny cottages.
