United Tiny Homes recently completed what they called a Yellowstone-inspired take on their most popular model, the Denali. This “Denali Extreme” is a certified park model, allowed in many RV parks across the country!

The home has one loft bedroom beneath a recessed ceiling which you reach via storage stairs. The living room boasts an antler chandelier and the kitchen door pulls are all antlers or deer heads. The house is a lovely mix of elegance and rustic charm. It’s for sale for $140,000.

This “Sweet Haus” is 399-square-foot park model that Ann Marie and her family placed on 35 acres on the Colorado tundra! Dubbed “Tiny on the Tundra,” it was a perfect solution to the lack of affordable rentals in their town. They had the park model shipped from South Carolina and then later built a large utility garage for all their snow equipment.

Enjoy the tour of their space, and Ann Marie’s commentary, below!

Mike started to realize he used very little of his larger Portland home and was ready to downsize. His new park model tiny home in Durango has two loft bedrooms and a ground floor bedroom with high ceilings. The bathroom is also incredibly spacious, with a shower you could dance in!

The living room and kitchen flow together, complete with a walk-in pantry, full-sized appliances, and oodles of his artwork on the walls. The plants are the best part! He has a little jungle going on that brings the outside in. What do you think?

“You can always make money. You can’t make time.”

Chris and Cathy decided to retire and live simply in their stunning Clean & Modern 400 square foot park model in Southern California. They gave up stuff and the need to care for it so they could enjoy “buggering” their days away doing what they love: painting, taking walks and cycling. Having a smaller space means they spend less money, and that enabled them to get to retirement sooner than many. They do also have a place in the Yukon which they split their time between.

Their SoCal home was built for them by IdeaBox in Oregon, and they had a wonderful experience with the company. Get a full tour of their home from Allison over at Tiny Home Tours below!
