The exterior of this THOW is beautiful. Love the exterior storage compartment. Yes, I could live with this house in all respects except the tiny counter and sink that is the kitchen. I agree that a small fridge would fit under the stairs, but the kitchen is insufficient (a hotplate) to actually live with for food prep. Correct this and this would be a very livable house.

PS – I just noticed the outlets under the stairs….no doubt one is for the fridge, but the other is likely for a stove, so perhaps problem solved!!
Nice house! Beautiful exterior and the interior is roomy. I like it!
Nice build! I see some rough workmanship, but I’m assuming this isn’t quite finished yet. Given the finishing touches on the outside, I can only assume the inside will be equally as stunning!
As a home designer I may have done things a little differently, but I have no idea what is and is not available in Romania. Here are some mild suggestions.
1) Under the stairs: of course a fridge and microwave perhaps or even a washer/dryer. I see the outlets there, so I’m only assuming some of these items are coming. You will need storage for dishes and clothes.
2) In the loft, keeping the bed close to the stairs would be important unless you need a “night stand” right beside both sides of the bed. This will allow you to roll over and walk down the stairs for nightly visits to the bathroom.
3) I love the storage/utility space on the outside, but not in love with the shower, specifically the space between the left end of the shower and the adjacent wall. That area will gather “icky” stuff (dust, dirt, hair, etc.). I would have built in a shower, but then again I don’t know if Romania has that type of thing, so this works just fine. BUT water-proofing looks like it is a done deal, so I’m sure this will work just fine.
4) I would have used a bigger bath vanity. We all know we have products that need a place to sit while we are using them from hair dryers, curling irons, shavers, hair sprays, hand lotions, etc. A SMALL counter top, or possibly a small bank of shelving to the left of the sink, will solve this.
The layout of this is fantistic, but like the other comments, the kitchen isn’t practical for actual cooking, especially if any prep-work is to be done. BUT this can be solved on the opposite wall (the stairs) where a “fold-up” counter can be installed to allow access to what’s under the stairs and to be used as a prep-surface for the kitchen, or to use stools and sit/eat. This is only a 19′ trailer, so I’m amazed that so much fit into the unit. I hope there is at least 30″ inside the bathroom (at the toilet/sink) so you aren’t smashed while trying to use the facilities. There’s nothing worse than not being comfortable in your own home. Early on, in the tiny house movement, people were building bathrooms that had, if you were lucky, 24″ clear for the shower and toilet. That is unbearably narrow. This appears to be closer to 36″ (91 cm). This would allow one to dry off after a shower while still in the bathroom, which is nice for privacy’s sake.
Overall, I think this is well done. I hope you update us when it is all finished with the trim around the stairs and something to keep people from falling off the loft! Thanks for sharing.
