We introduced you to Ideal Tiny’s Antonin model, but here’s a look at a fully-furnished tiny home of theirs that’s just stunning. The Indè provides you with a single-level floor plan. Living/kitchen area first, bathroom in the middle, and a spacious first-floor bedroom at the end.
The modern finishes make this such a sleek home! I especially love that French doors open from the living room to a huge deck, essentially doubling the space. Plus, you really can’t beat the view. It looks like it may be a vacation property at a camp, and wow, I’d want to stay there. Thoughts?

It makes the perfect beach house. Lovely. . .
Great in general though has 1 thing many TH lack, comfortable places to sit.
The table should be a folding leaf off the counter or wall with folding chairs would take less room leaving enough for a comfortable chair.
In such a TH I have a lot of things needed, storage, nice bath, desk, etc other than a separate bedroom. Much better is an open plan with the kitchen, bath at 1 end and compact or built in furniture as needed.
I like double couch/lounge beds that can serve as dining for 6-8 with storage under, over instead of a separate bedroom.
I am 69 liveing with family and ondisability can i get a home loan to purchase one of these beautiful homes
This one is made in France… I’m assuming you’re not in France, so would be better to look for something more local to you but getting financing will depend on your credit rating and amount of the loan. Many would require a 650 score or better, some may not offer anything for less than 720, and there’s often a minimum loan amount for home loans but other types of loans, like personal loans, will vary and they’re the most common for tiny homes.
Tiny House Listings recently partnered with Even Financial to offer personal loan options for any kind of tiny house. Though, they don’t offer the loan themselves, they’re like a national search engine that will match you up with a financial institution and see if you qualify… Making the process of finding the loan easier and easier to apply.
While some tiny home builders have their own financial institutions they’ve partnered with to provide financing options… Also, if it’s one wheels then it may qualify for a RV loan as another option.
But first make sure what you can place on your family’s property as there may be restrictions and not everything is allowed everywhere… Then you can be sure which financing option you should seek…

I LOVE the type and color of wood used! Mixed with the black, it’s perfect! Warm and yet contemporary. Though this tiny house is a bit too tiny for my purposes, it is inspirational for one that is a bit larger because of how fabulous it “feels.” Adding just a little more length to each of the areas…and maybe even 10′ wide instead of 8’…with a comfy sofa with a window to the view and a nice big TV on the wall, more counter space and lots of storage…my goodness, what could be better??? This version would be perfect to some and a “stretched” version could be perfect for others. Thank you for sharing! Inspirational!
