Tiny Heirloom is a new tiny house builder in Portland, Oregon that focuses on luxury tiny homes on wheels hand-built.

And right now I wanted to show you one of their very first tiny houses on a trailer with dormers. Tiny Heirloom offers off grid designs, on-grid homes, wind and solar power, and more.

One of my favorite features of this little house is the orange painted door with modern hardware. There’s a covered front porch to keep the rain off of you while unlocking your door.

Once you go inside you’ll immediately see the luxury high end kitchenette and sleeping loft with dormers directly above. Near the kitchen is the bathroom. And the rest is your open living area. Please enjoy, talk about it in the comments, and re-share below.

This is an 8’6″ x 20′ craftsman style bungalow tiny house on wheels by Molecule Tiny Homes. It has a beautiful kitchen with an oversized farm-style sink. I think you’ll love it! You know, anytime they build something new for their clients I’m thrilled because they always seem to do an amazing job so I highly recommend if you’re interested to schedule your build with them.

And this time, it’s no different. This awesome little home has everything you could ask for in a tiny house. There are two lofts with dormers. The main loft is 8’x10′ and the second one is 8’x8′. You’ll also find that it has a unique and absolutely beautiful interior with plenty of storage space, a wonderful bathroom, and a gorgeous (and useful) kitchen. Please enjoy, talk about it in the comments, and re-share below.

I thought you might also enjoy this 290 sq. ft. studio loft in Vietname by A21 Studio Architects.

It was completed in 2012 in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. This small home was designed for a middle aged woman and her friend. And as you’ll see the home has a zen, minimalist, modern and homey feeling and look all at once. You may or may not agree.

One thing is for sure… It’s a one-of-a-kind home with lots of thought put into the design. When you go inside you’ll find the first level has your living room, dining area, and kitchen. And it’s all open space with view of a beautiful staircase that takes you upstairs where you can access the bedroom and bathroom.

Something that makes this home very unique is how there’s a living tree inside. I hope you’ll enjoy it below and if you’d like to please feel free to talk about it in the comments and re-share below.

I’m excited to show you this 250 sq. ft. SIP tiny house called The Crib. It’s created by architect Jeff Broadhurst of Broadhurst Architects.

If you include the upstairs sleeping loft space and outdoor space there’s a total of 450 sq. ft. of living space. Originally it was designed as a weekend cottage but I can see how it can be used for full-time simple living.

The Crib is environmentally friendly since it’s built using sustainable and recycled materials plus solar power and water collection can easily be integrated into the design. One of my favorite parts about it is the garage door.

Another feature that will probably also amaze you is the multi-functional entertainment center with flat screen TV that opens up and turns the main living area into an amazing office space. Talk about awesome! Please enjoy, watch the video tour below, talk about it all in the comments, and re-share if you’d like to.

Even though the price is out of reach for most of us, I still thought you might enjoy looking at and learning about this 328 sq. ft. studio for sale in London’s Mayfair District.

It has a pretty simple floor plan. When you walk in, you’re right by the bathroom. Turn right and head towards the open living space with living room, entertainment center, storage, little dining table and bed. I think it has a classy modern/victorian style with crown molding and all. Continue walking passed this area and you’ve got your little kitchen which is modern, beautiful, and has all you need to cook a wonderful meal. Please enjoy, talk about it in the comments, and re-share below.

Our big thanks to Erik Walker for sharing this 328 sq. ft. studio with us!

I’ve told you about Jenna and Guillaume of Tiny House Giant Journey before. Last time I got to share their new DIY tiny home with you thanks to Deek over at RelaxShacks.com.

Today I’m glad to tell you that they’re successfully on their way towards touring across the nation in their tiny house on wheels that they built themselves. And did I mention, they’re taking their 1- year-old Australian Shepherd with them? Yes! And the dog loves the loft and is able to climb up there with no problem.

Their 132 sq. ft. tiny house was built using Tumbleweed Cypress plans and a Tumbleweed Trailer which cost them between $25,000 and $30,000 in total to build. And they’re towing the house at a maximum of 50mph as they travel the United States and Canada. You can see their complete route and possibly meet up with them here.

I’m happy to be showing you this 400 sq. ft. small cottage designed by Smallworks Studios in Vancouver.

They’re a company focused on building small homes personalized their clients specific needs and I’m personally quite a fan of their work.

A Laneway House is a home built in an alley in the backyard on the current lot of an existing house. In other words, a guest house. They can also be referred to as accessory dwelling units.
