This DIY Tiny House on Wheels For Sale is a Guest Post by Ethan Ramirez
Fifteen months ago my girlfriend Kelsey and I started work on our second tiny house. At first everyone assumed we were building another house because the first was too small. They would ask, “are you building the second one bigger?” Our answer was, “no we are actually going smaller.”
As you can probably imagine people wanted to know why, and the reason is we felt that we could make an even smaller house even more efficient. We found that our first house was laid out in a manner that did not take full advantage of its footprint and we wanted to prove to ourselves that we could not only do it better but in a smaller footprint.
So we began working and after three months of long days we finally completed our even smaller tiny house. Unit 2 was it’s title and we were excited to begin our lives inside it’s cozy interior.
Our time spent in Unit 2 was very happy and we will always remember that time of our life fondly but due to a new opportunity we have been presented with we have come to the decision to find Unit 2 a new owner. Someone who will love it and enjoy it as much as we have.

Many of you know the story of this guy already. And how he built his own debt-free tiny solar cabin in only two weeks for only $2k in cash. It’s certainly in inspiring story.
It was after a divorce and sudden illness that he found himself homeless. But he had inherited a small piece of land from a family member’s old homestead.
So eventually he set up camp on the lot with an older camper and his truck. Then, while working part-time, he started clearing the land, saving up the cash, and designing his 14′ by 14′ cabin of almost 400 sq. ft. including the loft space.

This 10′ x 12′ Studio Shed is used as a backyard office by a father who now telecommutes to work (works his job from home).
So he set out to design and build his own office in his own backyard with the help of the people at Studio Shed.
The design you are looking at is the 10×12 Lifestyle Model. It has a corrugated steel roof, metal siding, windows, french doors, and a completely finished interior.
The structure is 200 feet away from his off grid home with its solar and wind power systems. Plus there’s a generator on site for backup. All of this easily powers his new office. Pretty cool, right?
Please enjoy and re-share this awesome off grid office shed/cabin below. Thank you.

Our friends over at Historic Shed were contacted by an artist in Ormond Beach, Florida to design and build a backyard shed art studio tiny house.
It’s a 10’x14′ shed nestled perfectly in the backyard of the home built with some salvaged wood. It offers a dutch door, lots of windows, craftsman overhang, and a fun choice of colors.
How would you like to have a tiny structure like this for your art? Whether it’s a writing shed, office, or for any of your other hobbies or projects. And at 10’x14′ it might even be able to be converted into a studio efficiency too, don’t you think?
