Today, we’re excited to introduce you to Sunshine Coast Van Fit Outs in Queensland, Australia. They do gorgeous professional van conversions that are bright, beachy, and ingenious. This is their latest build called “Margo the Commuter.”
Margo features one of the cleverest designs I’ve seen in a van, with a full pull-out kitchen that includes the built-in sink and removable stovetop. It doubles the space one has for cooking when the weather is nice enough to do it outdoors. Giant drawers pull out of the garage for easy access to all your things, and the couch becomes the bed with just a simple slide. Tell us what you think in the comments!

Jacob’s sister was driving this box truck as her daily driver but was eager to trade it for his Camry. Once Jacob had the box truck, he and Sam decided it would be great to have their own space and be able to travel. So they spent 8 months of nights and weekends crafting a lovely tiny house.
They chose to have a convertible bed that stays in dinette mode during the day and a galley kitchen with a propane stove and tiny sink. While they only use it in emergencies, they have a 24×24 wet bath as well as a micro closet for hanging clothing. What do you think?

Back in 2017, Hannah’s dad told her about the railroad trailers she could get at auction. She was only willing to bid $350 on one, and lo and behold she won the bidding! She then worked hard to renovate the trailer and make it into an artsy, cozy home on wheels.
The house was built out on a budget — she kept the entire thing under $6,000! But she didn’t sacrifice style or functionality. There’s a trundle bed that tucks under her living room floor, a galley kitchen for making all her meals, and her bathroom has a spacious shower that makes her feel at home. She’s onto a new adventure now, however, so the railroad trailer is now for sale on Marketplace.

Long before #vanlife or tiny living were Instagram-worthy pursuits, Mike was in Africa living out of an overlander. He has converted 3 separate rigs of his own since then, using them to travel all over — and he loves waking up in his own bed with his own things no matter where he goes.
This rig was a military vehicle with only 5,000 miles on it when he purchased it. He spent $18,000 on the vehicle, and another $75k or so converting into the ultimate overlander. You’d never guess from the bright orange exterior that the inside has a cozy farmhouse vibe! Enjoy the tour below.

Just wait until you see this amazingly well-organized Airstream tiny home owned by an adorable couple of entrepreneurs. They started downsizing their stuff a few years ago until they finally realized they didn’t need that 2500-square foot home anymore! So they started traveling and staying in Airbnbs.
When 2020 hit, they needed a home base, so they moved into an Airstream. They’ve been living in that ever since and are welcoming a baby soon! In this tiny home, literally every little thing has a home/container and it’s pretty amazing. Tell us what you think in the comments.

Ryan lost his Disney engineering job back in 2020, but he used that as a launching pad for a whole new lifestyle! He had been interested in tiny homes before, but finally had a reason to purchase a 2005 Bluebird International and make it into a gorgeous school bus motorhome.
His decor is all cabin-inspired, and he dedicated most of the bus to a huge kitchen and lounge area where he could easily entertain plenty of people. His couches even create a huge king-size bed situation for overnight guests. What’s your favorite part of his rig?

Joe lives full-time in his box truck conversion, but he and a business partner recently acquired this gorgeous tiny house property in central Oregon. Built by the original owners, this little piece of paradise features a converted grain silo with a bedroom/bathroom addition and even a front porch.
Inside the silo itself are two turquoise chairs, a coffee table, and a curved kitchenette for preparing basic meals. The beams inside the silo are reclaimed electric poles! There’s a lovely queen bed and a bathroom with a flushing toilet and spacious shower stall. What do you think?

Nowell and Lauren didn’t choose bus life because they had to — they wanted the chance to see the country before they hit retirement age (and might not have the health to make that feasible). So the couple sold their home and used the money to purchase and renovate their gorgeous bus tiny house. Now they are debt-free!
It took the couple about a year and a half to complete the build which includes quartz countertops, a King size bed, a tile shower, and a pull-out sleeper couch. They also have two adorable dogs! They’re setting off to explore the country in a couple of weeks: Where do you think they should go?

Calvin and Katsi purchased this tiny home to live in while Calvin was travel nursing. They bought the THOW from another owner, and painted the all-wood interior a bright white. It really opened up the space!
Plans changed, so the couple is now selling the renovated tiny home for $60,000 (they are in Tallahassee, Florida). It’s such a beautiful little house — what do you think?
