Christy and Mike of The Traveling Vuzz were first inspired to get into tiny life when they started their Indie Electronica Duo while traveling Europe. They didn’t want to lose that adventure and decided to convert a van.
Unfortunately, personal tragedy struck midway through their van build, leaving Christy needing time to regroup before they attacked the project again. Eventually, however, the couple found healing in completing the project and sharing their awesome music. Enjoy the tour below.

Tru Form tiny just released a tour of one of their gorgeous custom homes which they built for a couple in Washington who just got a spot in a local tiny house community. This home totally bucks the “white shiplap” tide with its bold colorful interior of deep navy blue contrasted with warm acacia wood.
There’s a really cozy reading nook over a bump out built on the tongue of the trailer, a loft bedroom with a little built-in office, and a lovely galley kitchen with a drawer dishwasher. Enjoy it below!

As a professional photographer, Jay’s work required a lot of travel, which meant more time away from his wife, Cassidy. The couple loves hiking together and living on the road in a fire rescue truck conversion allows them to pursue their hobbies, spend time together, and make a living!
Their truck had a good square box to work off of, and they filled it with all the necessities, including a little bathroom and shower! A great solar setup and multiple heating and cooling options keep them comfortable on the road. Enjoy the tour.

Gael lived and worked in San Francisco for years, but the high cost of living made it impossible for her to retire there. So instead, she purchased a tiny home and secured a spot at Tiny Tranquility in Oregon.
Her beautiful home is filled with her artwork – pencil drawings and intricate scratch designs – and she has a comfortable recliner to sleep in (it’s the best option for her back). The only regret she has with her tiny home is the tiny bathroom!

Kay and Pete live off-grid in their MitchCraft gooseneck tiny house, parked on family property where they’ve created a small homestead with a DIY workshed. The 280-square-foot home features one of the best tiny house layouts, combining an L-shaped kitchen, cozy living room nook, full bathroom with soaking tub, and a gooseneck bedroom with a magnificent walk-in closet.
The green cabinets are stunning, and details like rope railings and a round eating area add character throughout. A secondary loft over the living room provides extra space, while views from the doors and kitchen window connect them to their idyllic surroundings.

Get excited for this little gem! Today I’m showing you a simple THOW for under $22,000 — a price that is getting rarer and rarer these days. It’s understandably simple, but still includes all the necessities, such as a 3/4 bathroom and kitchenette.
The one-floor design (no lofts) puts the bed in the “living room” space, but with all the hide-a-bed and futon options out there, you could easily make this a dual-purpose space. Right now it’s located in Hogansville, GA — but maybe it’s your new home!
