Tiny Heirloom has reimagined its original Vantage model, which it now calls the “Legacy” — a 24-foot single-level tiny house that can sleep up to four people. The home comes in 3 different designs (Modern, Farmhouse, or Craftsman) so you can get a home that fits your style!
The single-level design comes with a standard Murphy bed, but you can upgrade to different sleeping arrangements. While the model begins at $78,900, you can select upgrades (such as a solar array, heated floors, or a washer/dryer unit) on the Tiny Heirloom website to see how it changes the price. Let us know in the comments which features would make this your dream home.

Caley was tired of living with roommates and spending so much money on rent in Boulder, Colorado, so he decided to convert a utility trailer into the ultimate stealth home on wheels! While the outside looks like a metal box, the interior has magical Hobbit-hole vibes with hand-carved and hand-sculpted wooden elements.
Since he lives in the trailer full-time in the Boulder area, he needed to include a kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom — as well as a spot to work when he’s not at his local printing business office. You’re going to me amazed! Enjoy!

Park model tiny homes provide such awesome opportunities for innovative layouts because you can easily go beyond that 8 ft. 6 in. width road limitation. You’ll see that this “small” home (528 sq. ft.) is incredibly spacious because it’s a whole 12 feet wide! It’s also 44 feet long, which makes space for not one, but TWO first-floor bedrooms.
The bedrooms act as bookends to the open-concept kitchen/living room in the middle of the home. An L-shaped kitchen has tons of upper and lower cabinets, and there’s a full bathroom across from a laundry station in the hallway. Finally, a living room fits a regular-size couch and an electric fireplace/mantle area. This model recently sold for $159,350 USD.

Natural light floods the open-concept living and dining space from windows on all sides, and the bathroom boasts a tiled walk-in shower and a gorgeous wooden vanity. You take a flight of stairs to the loft bedroom, and just below it is the main ground-floor sleeping area. Could you live here?

Nicole and Edden met each other while living in Israel, and later met a man who invited them to live in his house and build a van under his guidance. That chance encounter changed everything for them! The resulting van isn’t just practical and beautiful — it’s a true work of art!
Their innovative design incorporates beautiful walnut wood tones and arches and an incredible elevator bed in the front of the van which allows the rig to sleep up to four people. They dedicated the “garage” space to a full bathroom, complete with a slide-in toilet and separate vanity. You’re going to love this tour!

Do you remember your college days of being piled in a concrete room with one or two other strangers? Or perhaps your first off-campus apartment that was barely passing building code and featured constant repair issues? These new studio apartments, built for the freshman students at Erasmus in the Netherlands, are sure to make you jealous!
The architects at Studio Standard were called upon to transform an old office building into functional housing for Erasmus Exchange students. They used “tiny house” inspiration to make the 162-square-foot spaces into fully-functioning homes including a kitchen, bathroom, queen bed, dining space, couch, and office space! Apartment designers all over the world should take inspiration from this innovative design going forward.

Mike first fell in love with vanlife after he built out a ProMaster in Boston and traveled with his brother. Eventually, they sold that rig, and he went back to “normal” life, finding himself working in Florida where he met Sara. She’d never heard of vanlife, but he slowly convinced that getting a shuttle bus and doing a conversion in just 90 days would be a fun adventure.
They completed their conversion on schedule, quit their stable, well-paying jobs, and are now living off savings and what they earn as a part-time DJ and earring-creator. The bus has an incredible layout, with a full bathroom and a bed facing the “wrong” direction to allow for a small hallway and storage.
