Meg lives in a beautiful tiny house, built by the previous owners who she purchased it from. While she didn’t want to rent anymore, she wasn’t in a place to purchase a traditional home. Living tiny provided her with her own space without overtaxing her budget!
Her house feels so warm and cozy inside, with honey-colored wood and oodles of plants. She put in a “big comfy couch” that has no storage or guest bed capabilities but gives her an awesome spot to relax. Her kitchen features a full-sized oven and range, and two mini fridges — one as a fridge and one as a freezer. Which feature do you love most about this home?

VIDEO: How She Transformed a Tiny Space into a Dream Home
Highlights:
- Meg was tired of the standard rental market, but she had been largely priced out of “normal” homes.
- She found this tiny house for sale, which is situated on a shared lot with another tiny home, and she purchased it for $79,000 (USD).
- After moving in, she upgraded the pallet deck into a stunning wood deck that’s separate from the tiny home in case she ever moves.
- Her gray water system filters out into the garden, which she shares with the neighbors.
- There’s a spare room, that had been used for children, in the back of the house that she’s turned into a walk-in closet!
