The Mushroom House must have been in great shape to only have spent a couple hundred dollars on the cosmetic changes needed. It looked like maybe the shower was new and I think Mallory mentioned that she replaced the bathroom sink. All in, I would be curious as to the total cost.
Where is this adorable house is located? I would have bought it just for the fireplace.
She purchased the property for $170K and is still paying the mortgage on it, which you can then add what a renovation like that would cost… While, I believe it’s in or around Madison, WI…
