Details:

$60,000. This 1959 Princess Ranchome was completely remodeled in 2019-2020. After an engineer certified the structure, it received all new everything: pex plumbing, whole house water filter, on-demand tankless water heater, ERV air exchanger, soaking tub, low-flush toilet, electric wiring, spray foam insulation, walls, ceiling, paint, flooring, heating, LED lighting, doors, windows and appliances. Everything in this home is on one story, so no climbing into a loft! There is abundant storage, and the home is highly energy efficient, keeping utility bills low. The home can be moved by the new owner and tied down on a property of your choosing to have a turn key home or income property, or it can stay where it is in Minglewood Camp park.

It’s certainly quite a bargain for the state! Although the relatively low price is probably due to the fact that it is a leasehold property. But still, i quite like the interior.
