Remember Hope and Manny who built two micro bike trailers for homeless people? Well, here’s a look at their personal van conversion! They spent about two months converting a former Amazon van into an awesome little home. Before this, they lived in a bus conversion.

These scuba divers were working in Honduras when they met and wanted to spend more time together. Polly had always dreamed of #vanlife and Isaac had already built out one rig, so they decided to build something together. They only had 90 days, though, because that’s the longest Isaac’s Visa would let him stay in the U.S.
As soon as their box truck was complete, they crossed the border into Mexico and began their travels. So far it’s been a wonderful experience, and you’ll never believe what a beautiful tiny home they built in just 3 months!

This board and batten park model was built to house code by a father-and-eight-year-old son duo, and the results are gorgeous! The home is 392 square feet and includes a spacious living room, nice kitchen and full bath and a private back bedroom with closet space.
After the success of this build, they formed Yesterway Cabin Company and are working on more tiny homes! What do you think?

This 53′ container home in Woodstock, Virginia is for sale for just $39K. It needs some plumbing and electrical work (thus the smaller price tag), but it still looks like a really solid build!
The coolest part by far is the back bedroom which has an awesome built-in bed with two twins on the bottom and space for a full/queen on top. It’s really neat! What do you think of this build?

Pamela wanted to travel but didn’t know how to afford it or bring her pets. When she discovered van life, it was the solution to her problems! She even added a unique built-in screen door to keep her cats inside the van while still allowing fresh air.
This is actually her third build-out of the space, which she changed up as she got used to living on the road and figured out what she really wanted from a home on wheels. She chose the shortest wheelbase available, so she can easily fit into parking places and sell her handmade jewelry on Etsy.

Hope and Manny are an awesome couple who recently completed their own DIY van build and are traveling the country with their dogs working on other vans and doing philanthropic work in their spare time. The couple built not one, but two different bike trailer micro homes for homeless men on the West Coast.
Their first build was for a man in Bakersfeild, California, and it was a bit more rudimentary as they were learning what would work best, and they were using their own funds for the build. After their YouTube following fell in love with their work, they started a GoFundMe and made an even better one for a man in Seattle that included a solar panel and generator!
