Escape’s tiny homes just got more sustainable — and less expensive! It’s been hard to watch everything we buy get more expensive, but by creating ready-made versions of their most popular models, Escape is able to actually offer these models for a more affordable price!
The “eVista,” an all-electric version of their popular Vista model starts at $43,600, and they have one available for purchase with some awesome upgrades for $52.6K right now. That’s a full $7k less than the base model Vista — and your ‘eVista’ is already built and ready for you to purchase today. As always, they have financing options.

I hope the do custom work. A/C unit in wrong place! Would make alot of changes. I wonder who designs these, can’t be a woman.
Actually, quite a few are designed by women. But this is a budget/economy model and that puts constraints on the design options to meet that price point. Like stated in the article, even with upgrades, this eVista is a full $7k less than the base model Vista.
There’s just always trade offs and compromises with any change, some more than others…
Disappointed with the Escape N2. Nothing like the N1 which is a great design. Why doesn’t Escape sell the N1?
The N-series are their Manufactured Houses, but Escape doesn’t normally make Manufactured Houses. So they’re limited edition production as they’ll only be set up to produce one design each year. N1 was 2021 and the N2 is 2022…
Before the N1, Escape only produced Park Model RV’s and THOWs, with the occasional custom and specialty option like a container home on wheels. They started with Park Model RV’s and their business model is still primarily the same as an RV manufacturer and even have certain dealerships you can find their models…Though, they’ve largely switched to producing THOWs but most are still model series designs that are manufactured in their factory…
