I couldn’t buy a mobile home in my area for that!
haha exactly, I couldn’t get a house for sure, maybe a mobile home but not on a lake ! You’re in California ?
I’m in CT. Just as bad as CA.
I was just making a point that location means everything when it comes to price.
We all know that some places are cheaper to live. Do we have to constantly act surprised when a tiny house comes up for sale and it costs more than a large home in another location?
Come on people.
I can buy a 2500 Sq Ft Ocean-Front here in Florida for that kinda bucks!
Sheesh!
rhawk, stop comparing apples with oranges. If you are a Florida person you would never be happy here in the Pacific northwest, regardless of prices. Our huge country has such a great variety of climate and natural beauty. I think it’s good to appreciate each locale for what it has to offer.
For $35,000 more more, you could buy a better looking house on a little over 13 acres. Also waterfront and also in Washington State. It’s got mention on this website as well.
