I am in love with the exterior! The interior has so many charming things about it but that purple is a little jarring. Paint can fix that, for sure, so not a big deal, just a very personal choice that is not appealing to everyone. I can see a few changes I’d make but overall, it has a very homey feel. Glad to have the name of the builder and I would be glad to refer to it again when and if I decide to build my own. I posted the photo to Pinterest so I at least have the look of it as inspiration!
You put it so succinctly… I would have use more down to earth language. Suffice to say it’s not everybody’s cup of tea.
I love this. . .even the purple color scheme! It’s unigue and beautiful and has antique furniture touches that make it seem like home. Not for everyone, maybe, but certainly a very nicely done tiny house, inside and out. I love the winding stair!
This is just beautiful! I don’t like that color (I’m not a fan of purple), but overall this is so delightful that it doesn’t matter–and paint can easily fix that, anyway. Every detail here is so gorgeous: that bathroom! The fireplace! The shelves high on the wall! The skylights! That stunning front door! Clearly the owner of this tiny has a definite style and taste, and it works very well; a bit of paint and a general de-cluttering, and just about anyone could find a wonderful, cozy home here. This is really an inspiring tiny!
Finally, some LUXURIOUS COLOR instead of the awful, ubinquitos white, off white, dead white, dreary white, dirty white, etc, lol! Seriously, NOT everyone can live with white/beige/tan/playwood decor schemes! In contrast to those “beginner” slap together things, THIS is a pleasure to view! Whether purple is your ideal color or not, THIS home is FILLED with HIGH CONCEPT decorator details that deserve a layout in Vogue, Architectural Digest, etc. So very nice to revel and be inspired by these details, thoughts, & visions of what CAN be possible! We only see this kind of THOW once in every several hundred of the more ordinary, run of the mill posts. THANK YOU SO MUCH for creating this and for SHARING it!
So many things to love about this Tiny Home.
.
My favorite: the elevated washer/dryer unit. No crawling on the floor to reach that last item in the back!
Oh so true… I’ve always said if we shift to another house, tiny or not, I’m gonna have a double stacker washer/dryer and the 3rd layer at the bottom for dumping all the clothes in a basket.
