This Tiny Cabin Comes with 2 Acres of Thinned & Surveyed Forest

This adorable tiny cabin was built by one of our readers and his wife. It sits on 2 acres of thinned and surveyed forest and has dirt road access. The property has building sites plotted out, with the idea that new owners could build something bigger if they wanted.

The existing off-grid cabin has metal roofing and stunning board and batten siding. There’s also a kitchenette, cot couch, and a loft bedroom with ladder access. Right outside the door is a clearing, perfect for setting up an outdoor living area!

Nice location with a hefty price. Wonder what becomes of these tiny cabins once the main house built. Covenants and restrictions would need to be scrutinized to know if the property is worth the price. The cabin is minimalistic for one maybe two persons.

I love this place! I wouldn’t want to build anything bigger. It’s so beautiful there, and the cabin is very liveable and inviting.
