This is the Philo 12 Tiny House on Wheels. It’s a retired tiny house design by Michael Janzen of Tiny House Design.
The Philo is a 12-foot long tiny house on wheels with a 10/12 gable roof. It has a bathroom sized to fit a 32″ square shower stall, composting or standard toilet, and small wall mounted sink. A small kitchen could be placed in the center of the house. A sleeping loft above the bathroom & kitchen space provide enough space for a queen sized mattress. Two skylights and a small window open to provide ventilation in the loft. Flip-up steps provide access to the front door when the house is parked.

This is the 24ft Baby Blue Tiny House on Wheels built by Indigo River Tiny Homes.

This is a 28ft Payette Urban Tiny Home with a bump out which actually makes it 31ft of total living space.

This is a Kootenay Urban 22ft tiny home on wheels with a bump out.
This is a smaller Kootenay with open layout. A 24 foot option can achieve the same feeling with a larger bathroom. Having a ladder allows for more open space and a larger peninsula. We recommend a lift bed (with storage inside), or elevator bed downstairs, for main level sleeping. Often times people use the lofts for storage and live on the main floor. However, if the loft ladder doesn’t bother you, and you want more head room you can expand our dormers (flat roof over loft and 4:12 along the rest of the tiny).
This is Weed High School’s Tiny House Project out of Weed, California.
The first floor has 135 sq. ft. of space with an additional 60 sq. ft. sleeping loft and another 20 sq. ft. storage loft.
The high school’s construction class built the tiny home and now it’s up for auction so they can fund another project!
This is The Espresso Tiny Home on Wheels by Modern Tiny Living. It’s a beautiful 20ft model with a full kitchen, beautiful loft, full bath, and plenty of storage… including a real closet, which is something you don’t see in all tiny homes.
When you go inside, you’re in the living area featuring a built-in couch that turns into a bed. You’ll also notice black cabinets and built-ins for your storage with beautiful wood accents — including the storage staircase to the loft.
