Inside this cabin there’s about 11′ of width and about 22′ of length. Not bad for a tiny house on a trailer, right? I believe the extra width makes this tiny house technically a park model.
There’s a wonderful open kitchen with plenty of space, a dedicated couch with built-in storage, large windows throughout to bring in lots of natural light, and a pull out bed that stows away under the elevated office area of the house. Lumbec is a tiny house builder in Gatineau, Quebec that I’m showing you here today. They’ve recently launched their new Tiny House Lumbec website along with a 3D rendition prototype of their tiny house on wheels.
You’ll also get to see a reclaimed tiny barn cabin that they built out of reclaimed materials a couple of years ago. It isn’t completely finished inside, but you can definitely see the tiny house living potential here.

This 170 sq. ft. Kangablue tiny house on wheels is one of six tiny homes at Caravan – The Tiny House Hotel in Portland, Oregon.
Inside you’ll find a living area, kitchen, sleeping loft, and bathroom with flush toilet. The house has running water and electric heat.
It has a blue pine wood interior and can sleep up to three people inside. The tiny home’s dimensions are 20.5′ (length) x 8.25′ (width) x 13.5′ (height).

Right now I wanted to let you know about Paul’s tiny house for sale. (SOLD) It’s a Wildflower tiny cabin on wheels that he bought a few years back from Tiny Green Cabins (Update: Page no longer found) and has been living in it for the last two years or so.
He doesn’t really want to sell it but the situation is that his parents are getting elderly so he’ll be assuming the mortgage of his parents home and moving to Seattle after many years in Boston.
And there’s no room for the tiny house on the small city lot where his parents are. Since he has nowhere to park it or keep it, he’s selling it and using the money for the move.
It’s built using welded steel instead of wood framing. The price also includes a Dickinson marine fireplace, two 30lb propane tanks, one 20lb propane tank, a metal tank cabinet, and more (see below).
