After debuting at the Pacific Coast Builders Conference in Southern California, the 26-foot Terra Urban travel trailer was personally delivered to Napa, California by Tru Form Tiny Founder and Chief Operations Officer, Jen Carroll.
The handcrafted spec model travel trailer, part of Tru Form Tiny’s high-end Terra Series, was selected by a family in Napa, California seeking an alternative for short-term housing while their primary residence undergoes major repairs. The family entrusted the Tru Form team to deliver a tiny home solution that could be delivered quickly without sacrificing quality or design.

The ESCAPE eONE XL Wide + Tall is one of the most spacious tiny homes available, featuring 547 square feet of interior space including lofts. This model is 12 inches wider and 6 inches taller than standard versions, creating a noticeably more open feel. Gorgeous oak flooring runs throughout, and oversized windows flood the interior with natural light. The full-size modern kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and a full-size dishwasher. A massive second-floor loft with extra walkway space provides additional living area. This unit was located on a quiet, private lot at The Oaks community in Florida.

About 60 minutes from Downtown Dallas in the city of Cumby, Texas, lies The Bird’s Nest, a tiny house community started by a tiny house-dweller who wanted a way to invest her 401K. Robyn was already living tiny in another community, so she knew how supportive and special tiny house villages can be.
Right now, the village has five female occupants, and Robyn said it’s become a safe place for women to empower and encourage one another! Supportive men are always welcome, and she has 10 more concrete pads ready for tiny homes or RVs for a 12-month lease. She intentionally keeps the lot rent low, at $450/month, including everything but electricity and propane.
