This is the 2020 Roost12 from Perch & Nest. It’s a 1973 camper that has been refurbished into a modernized 12-ft. tiny house RV.
The original floor plan is still in play with the dinette that turns into a twin sofa bed, kitchenette, and bathroom with a dry flush toilet. Personally, I think these are awesome because they are super lightweight, all-fiberglass, sleep 4, and they even have a kitchen and bathroom. It also has solar-power and weighs about 2,500 pounds. This is the story of Shelby and Rooster, a military couple who renovated an RV into their beautiful tiny home on wheels. On the outside, it looks like a regular fifth wheel travel trailer. But inside, it’s totally re-done to look and feel like a beautiful little cottage!

This is the Hymer Galileo self-driving camper concept. New Atlas just did a piece about it featuring a fold-out deck. I wonder if there will be an off-road package?
It’s sort of like a self-driving tiny house in a way, isn’t it? Crazy to think… But who knows, maybe someday, pretty soon, something like this will be available, right? Well, not too soon. In the press video, it says year 2030+. Which, hey, that’s not too far off really (can you believe it?). Anyway, check it out below and let us know what you think in the comments. One thing that’s surely coming soon is the concept of a self-driving motorhome! That might be nice for some long days on the road. Do you like the idea of self-driving? Why or why not?
This is the Tiny Home Camper. It’s a 12ft long by 7 ft wide tiny house on wheels designed to be easy to tow.
It features a dinette sleeper, kitchenette, half bathroom, and a covered front porch with built-in seats. It’s very nice! And the prototype model is currently available for $22,000 (sold).
