Because park models are rarely moved, you can usually get them wider than the legal road allowance, which allows for a spacious living space. That’s very true in this 15×35 Monarca model with plenty of elbow room!

Remarkably it comes with a lovely covered porch on the outside, but the interior is also grand with a spacious living room, downstairs bedroom with a closet, and a well-designed bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. It’s for sale now in Loop Liberty Hall, Texas for $83,000. What do you think?

Jaqueline was just about to purchase a home in Austin when 2020 hit and the market started going a bit wild. She decided instead of buying, she would rent, but she wanted something that was more of her own — and didn’t want to share walls anymore.

She ended up getting an Instagram ad for Casata Tiny House Community and looked into it. It gave her the chance to try out tiny house living with a longer-term commitment before she decides if she wants to purchase her own! What do you think?

This couple had been living in California for more than a decade, but they were ready to start a family and wanted to find a simpler place to do it. So they decided to downsize from a 6-bedroom home to a 400-square-foot park model.

They have a great setup with a spacious great room, galley kitchen, and a large bathroom. Upstairs they have a loft, and in the back of the park model is an at-home office that doubles as their daughter’s room.

Mike started to realize he used very little of his larger Portland home and was ready to downsize. His new park model tiny home in Durango has two loft bedrooms and a ground floor bedroom with high ceilings. The bathroom is also incredibly spacious, with a shower you could dance in!

The living room and kitchen flow together, complete with a walk-in pantry, full-sized appliances, and oodles of his artwork on the walls. The plants are the best part! He has a little jungle going on that brings the outside in. What do you think?

Charlene was a teacher until she retired at age 70 shortly after her father passed away and urged her not to “die in her classroom.” She and her husband had owned a 50-acre ranch which she continued taking care of when she lost him in 2007, but she was ready to downsize.

She looked at 7 or 8 different park models to find the perfect one for her needs, and ultimately chose this model for the galley kitchen and massive porch that allows her to spend half of her waking hours outside and entertaining company. Charlene carefully selected each option for her custom tiny and you can tell she loves this life!

Jen contacted us because she’s selling the tiny home, she shed, and storage unit she has lived in for the past three years. What’s super awesome is that the park model home sits on almost five acres in New Mexico! So you’ll have a permanent spot for your tiny lifestyle.

The main home has a first-floor bedroom layout and features a full bathroom, bedroom, and spacious living area. In the storage unit, there’s the water heater and washer and dryer (as well as space to store plenty of things!). The she-shed is set up as a magical space to get away from it all, and could be transformed into a guest cottage.

You might remember ESCAPE’s one-off “N1” model that garnered tons of interest from the tiny house community. Well they’ve created the “N2” which is a limited edition mid-century modern tiny home (~40×10) with no lofts and a huge wall of highly efficient windows.

They only produce these a few times per year and they’re not available for preorder like their other models, so if you want one you can grab one today for $143K. These are all-electric models, which is pretty cool! What do you think?
