This is a renovated 5th wheel RV trailer turned tiny cottage on wheels which is for sale for $35,000 right here out of Stroudsburg, PA.
From the outside it looks like an ordinary travel trailer. But once you step inside, you realize it’s been nicely converted into a tiny home that’s easy to tow and since it literally is an RV, it’s easy to find a place to stay using campgrounds and RV parks. So what do you think about a travel tailer renovation like this?

It’s been a while since we have gotten to feature a tiny home by them, so I’m really excited to share this one with you. This tiny home is built on a 36-foot gooseneck trailer and it’s 10-feet wide so you get extra width in comparison to the many 8.5-feet wide THOW’s that we often feature.
This is an affordable $22k gooseneck tiny house listed for sale out of Phoenix, Arizona. It was built in 2018 on a 27-foot trailer. What do you think?
According to the listing, there’s approximately 130-square-feet is on the main level plus a 64-square-feet sleeping loft and an 18-square-foot storage loft. Looks like more space than that in the photos, don’t you think? The “storage loft” seems big enough to be a sleeping loft. Take a look and let us know what you think in the comments, please! Anyway, I love gooseneck tiny homes because you can usually stand up in the main sleeping loft. See that area over the hitch of the tiny house? That’s the area I’m talking about.
