Even though the price is out of reach for most of us, I still thought you might enjoy looking at and learning about this 328 sq. ft. studio for sale in London’s Mayfair District.
It has a pretty simple floor plan. When you walk in, you’re right by the bathroom. Turn right and head towards the open living space with living room, entertainment center, storage, little dining table and bed. I think it has a classy modern/victorian style with crown molding and all. Continue walking passed this area and you’ve got your little kitchen which is modern, beautiful, and has all you need to cook a wonderful meal. Right now I wanted to let you know about Paul’s tiny house for sale. (SOLD) It’s a Wildflower tiny cabin on wheels that he bought a few years back from Tiny Green Cabins (Update: Page no longer found) and has been living in it for the last two years or so.
He doesn’t really want to sell it but the situation is that his parents are getting elderly so he’ll be assuming the mortgage of his parents home and moving to Seattle after many years in Boston.
And there’s no room for the tiny house on the small city lot where his parents are. Since he has nowhere to park it or keep it, he’s selling it and using the money for the move.
It’s built using welded steel instead of wood framing. The price also includes a Dickinson marine fireplace, two 30lb propane tanks, one 20lb propane tank, a metal tank cabinet, and more (see below).

Wanted to show you Yahini Homes‘ latest tiny house on wheels.
It’s called the Butterfly cabin. A few months ago I showed you their 8’x14′ folding porch tiny house.
Weighs 5100 lbs, has a built in porch, and is stick-built using glued and screwed 2 x 4 framing.
Total width including the gutters (yes, it has gutters!) is 8’6″ so it’s legal to tow without any special permits.
Road height is just 12′ so you’re good there, too (for towing).

Wanted to show you this tiny house for sale in Payson, Utah.
It’s listed on eBay right now and was built using Tumbleweed plans from November 2010.
The little house was built on an 8’x18′ flatbed trailer.
It has electric, water and sewer hook ups just like an RV.
This tiny cabin on wheels even has a bathroom with RV style flush toilet and shower too.
The upstairs loft has a skylight, there’s a tiny built in porch, and two closets inside.
