This is a Massachusetts Minim Tiny House that’s for sale in Andover, MA.

Completed at the beginning of 2015, this modern tiny house was built using the plans for the original Minim house. The Minim design contains a number of unique elements, including a roll-out bed & office in lieu of the traditional lofted bedroom, an extra 2 1/2 feet of width, an open “studio” feel and multiple banks of large windows. The house was built with high-quality finishes including high-grade cedar siding, professionally finished drywall, bamboo flooring, cherry kitchen cabinets and black walnut table and desk and has been well maintained over the past two years. The house is now ready for a new owner.

According to Janet from Tiny Portable Cedar Cabins:

The Lake View Extended has a 20′ covered deck in front with recessed lighting and a ceiling fan. There is a bedroom on the ground floor with french doors that go out to a back 8′ deck. Over the 8′ deck is 14′ X 8′ storage area…The video shows a large 14′ X 16′ loft with a 14′ X 8′ storage area behind the loft. Just a reminder, the floor plans can be customized to your needs and dreams. You can also design it where there is not a separate storage room and the loft extends over the back deck.

This is one family’s converted skoolie for sale (sold) in Santa Fe.

This is a Light and Bright Cottage built by Free Range Tiny Homes that’s for sale in Eatonton, Georgia.

Built on a 16 ft. trailer, this is about as “tiny” as we see. It has a bathroom with whiskey barrel tub and Nature’s Head composting toilet, a loft bedroom accessible via a white wooden ladder, a kitchenette and a super cool wood-burning stove with copper heat shield. The white shiplap interior coupled with navy accents gives in an almost-nautical vibe.

Yes, according to the Guinness Book of World Records, this PassivDom modulOne is the “warmest house in the world.”

And it’s only 380 sq. ft.! The modulOne is a super cool manufactured structure that comes in three “levels” of completeness: The Autonomous (which is 100% self-sustaining), the Standard (which has all your appliances, fixtures, etc. but needs to be hooked up to exterior power/sewer), and the Module Plus (a finished shell with wiring for electrical and heating, but nothing else).
