This is Michael Fuehrer’s amazing school bus conversion that can sleep up to six people. It’s called Navigation Nowhere.
He built it with the help of his dad and the design includes skylights, a rooftop deck, a multifunctional area that converts from a bed or couch to a large dining table, a full-service kitchen with plenty of space to prep and cook, a large pantry, a main floor bedroom that also converts into an office or a living room with a few adjustments, a rear storage area, and more!
We’re a family of 4 – Ed, Bec (hi!), Eliza and Orrie, who will be traveling the United States for the next 2 years in our skoolie conversion with our 3 cats (Popper, Gus, & Lynx) and 2 dogs (Flynn and Cash). In August of 2017, we bought a bus. Not just any bus- The Broken Compass.2

Broken Compass Nomads: A Family of Four Living in a DIY School Bus Conversion
This is the story of Jessie Lipskin, a young lady from Manhattan who decided to buy an old 1966 GMC Greyhound bus on eBay for $7,000 to turn into her very own tiny home on wheels.
So Jessie spent the next three years and $70k professionally remodeling it, plus an additional $55,000 on various other expenses to repair and maintain it to make it what it is today. The bus is 40ft long and 10ft wide so it offers about 400 square feet.
By the way, she’s now selling the bus for an asking price of $149,000 because she has plans to travel internationally so if you’re interested in taking it off her hands it’s available and she’s considering all offers.
This is Eden, a skoolie (school bus to motorhome conversion) tiny home that’s for sale out of Pennsylvania.

This is the story of Trebventure. They are a family of 5 who live full time in their DIY converted 1999 Blue Bird school bus. Parents, Brandon and Ashley, decided to ditch the public school system and homeschool their 3 children all while traveling around the United States in their skoolie.
We were more concerned with spending time experiencing life everyday rather than living for the weekend. – Ashley

This is the VW California XXL. It’s a modern, oversized version of their iconic VW bus.
Unfortunately, there are no plans that I’m aware of to bring it to the United States. It does kind of look like a Sprinter van though, doesn’t it? What are your thoughts on it? Is this something you would get? Where would you go with it?
