This is a 10′ x 20′ luxury 10ft wide tiny home on wheels by Chris Heininge Construction. It’s available for $69,000 out of Aurora, Oregon.
The design features a sofa bed that turns into a queen bed with side-by-side closet space and an open-concept design with kitchenette, dining nook, and bathroom with stacking washer and dryer. If it looks kind of familiar, it’s because we featured the original version of this tiny house by Chris Heininge way back in 2014. This version was built on a foundation so it featured a sleeping loft that most could actually stand up in.

This is the 40ft High Cube Shipping Container Tiny House with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. The dimensions are 40ft x 8ft x 9.5ft and hooks up to city utilities for water, power, and sewer shared with us today thanks to Brian Hawkins @tinyhousemovement on Instagram.
It sold for $69,000, ships worldwide, and is built from a brand new container instead of a refurbished one. There are steel studs in the walls for the interior framing, too, for example. This one is headed to East Zion Experiences to be used as a rental near the Zion National Park in Utah. What do you think? Learn more below.

This is the Acorn Tiny House by Humble Handcraft. It’s a beautiful and simple 16-foot tiny home on wheels. Originally, Ryan had built himself a much bigger (28-ft) tiny house.
But after experiencing the California wildfires in 2017, and having to move such a big tiny house, Ryan found that he really wanted something much smaller. So that’s why he built his new 16-ft Acorn tiny home. He downsized from tiny to tinier!
