If you are looking to take a creative tiny house vacation in the San Francisco Bay area I think you’re going to love this tiny treehouse cottage.

When you drive up to the property and park your car you’ll see there is a small cottage on the ground level and that’s where the kitchen and bathroom are located.

Take a short walk up and go up the stairs surrounded by lush greens and wild flowers to the charming tiny treehouse that’s 30 ft up in a 150 year old oak tree.

The owners originally built the treehouse 18 years ago for their children. Now they rent it out to guests using Airbnb.

From the deck you can enjoy the San Francisco Bay sunsets from the tree tops.

Here is a great modern tiny house on wheels you can now vacation in.

Check out Jennifer & Adam’s newly constructed tiny house in East Nashville, centrally located between the Nashville Skyline and Opryland.

It’s a 185 sq. ft. home that can comfortably sleep 3-4 people with a queen mattress in the sleeping loft and a fold out couch downstairs.

There is a nice deck and outdoor space for hanging out by the fire pit.

See what you think for this modern tiny house on wheels.

Situated just outside of Stockholm, Sweden you can vacation in this awesome bus converted into cabin with a rooftop deck.

I think this is by far my favorite bus conversion I have come across.

Once you check it out for yourself I think you will love it too.  The vibe here is funky meets cozy.

The rooftop deck seems to be a wonderful spot to hang out, eat and drink.

The couple, Jon and Stina, converted this bus a while back and decided why not rent it out.

Besides the cool deck there is plenty of space to chill inside the bus with up to 4 twin size beds.

Here’s an original 1954 Alhoa 16ft travel trailer housed inside of a 6000 sq. ft. converted warehouse in downtown Los Angeles.

Best of all, you can stay here if you’re ever wanting to be in the Art District of Downtown LA. The trailer is used as an extra bedroom for guests.

I can’t help but think of a similar warehouse set up with tiny houses on trailers. Plus an area to of course design and build more of them. Just a thought. But either way I think you might find this place to be pretty darn awesome.

Wanted to show you this awesome treehouse cabin rental that’s on Airbnb.

It’s located in Cave Junction, Oregon and is completely elevated off the ground.

As soon as you just look at it must feel like you’re in some kind of wonderland.

It’s not a complete home (no kitchen or shower) but it does have a half bathroom.

Just don’t expect a kitchen and all of that. If it were mine, I’d officially call it, “The Indiana Jones Sleeper Treehouse,” if that’s not too much.

You might have already learned about the Tiny House Hotel in Laura’s recent post.

I’ve even featured a few of their tiny houses recently including the Miter Box.

The best part is that you (and anyone else) can stay in these awesome little homes.

Almost two years ago I blogged about giant sewage tubes being turned into a tiny house hotel in Mexico.

Today, so far, we’ve got three stick built tiny houses on trailers in Portland, Oregon as the country’s first official “Tiny House Hotel.”

And I’ll bet there’s more in the works. But anyways, let me introduce you to the owners and creators of this magnificent place.

I’ve always wanted to stay in a tiny house, cabin, or a cottage instead of a motel or hotel while traveling.

And if you’ve ever considered living in a smaller space this is such a great way to experience it.
