Pierre and Lea live with their young daughter in a stunning off-grid tiny house perched in the Swiss Alps. It features a giant family-sized bed (no loft!) with amazing under-bed clothing storage drawers, a Montessori-inspired children’s space, and a bathroom with a stunning stone shower.
The home is heated with a large wood-burning stove, and solar panels provide electricity. They have some really clever storage/tiny house hacks including a folding stool that comes out of the cabinets in the kitchen, and embroidery hoops to provide shade/privacy through the circular windows.

Ethan and Katelynn moved four times as they downsized to get ready for #vanlife, and believe it or not everything they own fits inside this van (no storage units)! All of their clothing fits into just three drawers.
Their van conversion features a large kitchen with maple counter tops and a Dometic oven/range for all their plant-based cooking. But the coolest feature of their van is the coffee roaster in the garage! Katelynn roasts coffee and sells it, and manages to do it all from their van.
Yes, there’s a bathroom! The wet bath with an on-demand hot water heater let’s them swap off days to take a shower. Enjoy the video tour from Tiny Home Tours below, and follow the couple on Instagram here.

This is the story of Graeme Jenvey of the Woodness Goodness YouTube Channel and the $13,000 DIY tiny cabin that he built in only 55 days during 2020. The structure is 12-ft. wide and 20-ft. in length.
Already living on a 3-acre plot of land, it was easy to find a spot in the backyard for the build. In 2020, with a full lockdown in place, it was even easier to go ahead and decide to do it. So here it is. His DIY cabin built in only 55 days, as a self-taught woodworker, too!

Caris and Jake got married fresh out of college and wanted a place of their own. Lo and behold they were able to find a tiny house ready-built by Decathlon Tiny Homes (the Zeus model) and a spot in a tiny house village to park it in just two weeks!
While they didn’t customize their tiny house, they have made it home with their own finishes and decorations. The red kitchen is particularly striking!
Because they went from sharing a room in Jake’s dad’s home to living tiny, they hadn’t accumulated a lot of the stuff some other couples may have. That’s made the tiny house transition all the easier! Be sure to check out their video interview at the end of the post, and follow them on Instagram here.

David and Lauren did all the “right” things — went to college, got married, and got great jobs (David was an Aerospace Engineer!), but after six years the couple realized they wanted more! David quit his job and became a ski expert, and Lauren takes on travel nursing contracts around the country.
The couple hopes to visit all 50 states during their adventure, and all the National Parks if possible. Their bus conversion is awesome, as well, complete with a large desk area for working from home, as well as a back garage to fit all their gear. And yes, they have a bathroom.
