It’s always a joy to meet people like Linda, a true gem who worked hard to make her tiny home dreams come true! Today, she is going to walk us through her story about how she converted a run-down trailer and made it home. I’ll let her take the wheel…

For the price of a used car I found my first home a rundown trailer with no functioning parts, Uninhabitable at that and for the last 2.5 years, I have been cutting, digging, cleaning, designing, planting, buying and selling furniture from Day 1 to now. I have finally found what is the perfect dream home in a 450 Sq Ft Tiny Trailer. Who needs Barbie’s beach house? I would rather live Tiny in my PNK*DMD….

Everyone has different reasons for choosing nomadic living, but for this family, #buslife is giving them the opportunity to scout out the country in search of land to put a home and homestead! They don’t have any particular ties to one place, so they are trying out all the places.

This is actually their second bus conversion, this one is much larger and comes with tons of undermount storage, including what will be a secret playroom for their daughter! They have oodles of solar power (enough to run an ice machine in their full-size fridge), tons of windows, and a gorgeous design.

Suzanne couldn’t resist purchasing this amazing forest house designed by famous Pacific North West designer SunRay Kelley. For eight years, she lived by herself on this ferry-access-only island, enjoying her deep Japanese-style soaking tub and sleeping in the tower bedroom.

Now she rents out the gorgeous spot on Airbnb — and it is almost always booked solid! You can see why in the video below. The arched windows, skylight bubbles, and amazing craftsmanship make this a truly magical spot. And the location doesn’t hurt either!

Amanda is one remarkable woman! At 21, she decided to build her very own tiny house. She worked multiple jobs to afford it and then spent all her free time building the tiny house with her dad. Her love for her father is so evident in the tour below, and she admits it never would have happened without his generous help!

Her home is truly gorgeous, and nothing about it looks DIY. She chose a loft bedroom with a big skylight overhead that offers her access to the roof. The sprawling galley kitchen has everything she needs for her cooking and baking hobby, and she built a little deck outside, which is a perfect spot for her yoga routine. What’s your favorite part?

Chelsea’s tiny home was a way for her to be close to family but still have her own space. She was able to put her tiny house on her family’s nut farm and stay close to her grandfather, mom, and nieces! After 2.5 years of living tiny, she got that wanderlust again and wanted to travel!

So now she rents out her tiny home, travels, and can always come home to it when she needs to reconnect with the people she loves. Inside her tiny home you’ll find amazing DIY pallet couches, an extra tall ceiling so she could sit up in bed, and a nifty table her dad helped her build. What do you think?
