The Persis Shed was once a simple gambrel-roof storage shed with a concrete floor, but Nick transformed it into an amazing vacation cabin!
The first floor of the cabin has a sectional couch, a dining area for two, a kitchenette with an induction cook top, and a dorm-size refrigerator. Up a very sturdy ladder you’ll find the sleeping loft, which has full standing height and a queen-sized bed. This is just one of many cabins on Nick’s property, but it was the first guest house he completed!

Cairo is one incredible person! He writes poetry, does photography, teaches nutrition and breathwork, and films and edits movies and commercials. And he sings! And now he does it all from the studio annex he built in his parents’ urban backyard in the UK. The home is a minimalist marvel, and if you’re into clean lines and white interiors, you’re going to adore this space.
All in all, the build came in around $132,000 since they were constructing it in 2020, while material prices were skyrocketing. Still, Cairo sees it as an investment since it’s raised the value of his parent’s property, and someday that will come back to him in an inheritance.

I haven’t seen a good Craftsman-style tiny home in a while, with the pretty painted shingles contrasted with dark trim — but I love it! Pair it with a glossy emerald-green door and you have… perfection.

After living on a sailboat and in a studio apartment, respectively, Bryan and Chloe decided to purchase a used tiny house and put it on their own mountaintop property in Washington! In order to have some more storage, they also bought a smaller shipping container for their clothes, long-term storage, and tools.
They built a lovely outdoor kitchen and fire pit area outdoors so they can welcome friends and family in the warmer months. Inside, they have a galley kitchen with an air fryer and induction cooktop, a little bathroom with a redone shower stall, and a lovely loft bedroom. What do you think?
