Ken and Laurel were retiring and wanted to simplify their lives, but also wanted a custom home that met all their needs and design tastes. They found the Colorado-based Rocky Mountain Tiny Homes and worked with Ricky to design a Gooseneck THOW that’s perfect for them.

The house has a huge kitchen with full-sized appliances, a comfortable Gooseneck bedroom that only requires a couple of steps and a large living room where they can relax. They live in the Escalante Village in Colorado among a variety of like-minded folks of all ages!

A-frames are a fun design, but they’re not always the most practical. The Little A in Pennsylvania is an A-Frame + Cabin combo, that allows for a first-floor bedroom and extra sitting room without detracting from the charm of that grand A-frame roofline.

The main portion of the home is clad in bright pine boards and houses the open-concept living room and full kitchen, with an eat-in island. There’s also a full bathroom with exposed copper pipes, and you can stand in the queen-sized loft upstairs. While this is an Airbnb in Pennsylvania, I think I could easily live here full-time — even with kids!

Here’s a lovely van conversion with a boho-chic aesthetic and a bathroom with a hot shower and dry-flush toilet (no tanks!). It’s built out of a 2019 Ram Promaster and has been used as a rental van most recently, but could easily become your full-time home.

The van has a dinette in the back that converts to a queen-sized bed at night, and there’s a large projector so you can watch movies at night. The kitchen is split with the sink on one side and the burners and chest refrigerator on the other side. It’s for sale in Pasadena, California for $96,000.

We just discovered Tiny Home ATX – a tiny home builder in Austin, Texas — and this is the latest tiny home they completed. The Contemporary X is for sale now for $69K. This awesome tiny home on wheels has two loft bedrooms connected by a catwalk you can easily walk over to get to the rooms (which are designed to sit in). Each bedroom can fit a queen-sized bed.

The kitchen is a U-shaped space on one end of the tiny, and the bathroom is all the way on the other side of the home. The bathroom has a huge walk-in tiled shower and a residential toilet. The living area and office fit into the middle of the home beneath the catwalk. What do you think of this design?

Do you remember the MOOV van conversion we showed you back in February? Well, here’s another version of it! And Vandoit has slots open in 2024 for you to get your very own custom MOOV. These are built on a Ford Transit chassis and there are oodles of upgrades/options to make sure this adventure vehicle meets all your needs.

One thing I really love about this van design is the split Murphy bed! Half of the bed folds down from each side of the van and meet in the middle for bedtime. There’s also both a shower and toilet system inside, so you don’t have to suffer cold showers in the wintertime. What do you think of this van conversion?

Marissa and Andrew really went all-in on this place. What started as a fun getaway idea turned into one of the most beautiful, ultra-luxurious tiny homes in the Pacific Northwest — and now they’re sharing it with the world on Airbnb so anyone can come experience it.

This tiny home stands tall — literally — with two standing-height lofts connected by a catwalk, skylights over the bedrooms, and a cozy living room anchored by a green velvet couch you’ll want to sink into. The kitchen is full-size, the bathroom has a jetted soaking tub, and the whole space feels like a playful retreat from real life.

If you’re dreaming about tiny living or looking for your next escape, this one’s worth a closer look. Enjoy the tour below!

While this tiny house is rented out as an Airbnb, I think the layout and front porch would make it a perfect living space for a couple or small family! The extra width of the home means you get a spacious great room and a full kitchen, as well as space for a private first-floor bedroom. If you have children, there’s a ladder-accessible loft bedroom over the kitchen/bathroom.

And the covered porch! This is such a great way to maximize a tiny house space by transforming some of the outdoors into your “indoors.” Add some patio furniture, and you spend plenty of time out here in good weather. What do you think?

While we specialize in tiny houses around here, sometimes people need a minimal life with just a little extra elbow room! This 741 sq. ft. design is perfect for a family of four, with a queen-sized bedroom and bunk room upstairs.

On the first floor, you’ll find a kitchen with full-sized appliances, an entryway and laundry room, and a cozy recessed living room with an electric fireplace focal point. The coolest feature of this home is the upstairs terrace, which you can access through the primary bedroom or via an exterior staircase. Would you want to build this home?
