Neat little apartments and some well thought out interiors. Thanks for the interior shots on this, glad you could get them.

Absolutely spectacular concepts and photography! Are there plans for these apartments? I’d love to build several 3 units (possible as many as 12 units total) and see how this would work for senior citizen villages. Get Walgreens, a grocery store, office space for doctors, a family type restaurant or two and an exercise facility and you could build a small town or village of these villas. What a great idea!

I’m not surprised it’s already sold. What pretty little apartments, I’m not sure which I love more, the bright sunny exterior or the interior. They’re small, but clean & bright spaces and I could easily live in one. I’d be interested in knowing what the sizes of the units are, I would hazard a guess of around 300-350sf, but it can be hard to tell from pics.

I can’t help but wonder if this could be a way for people in the future to get around building codes. If the code says your property has to be 1000sf you build it at 1000sf (or bigger), then happily divide it into 2, 3 or maybe even more separate units later (if you’re canny you can have the walls & plumbing already in place to facilitate the split), you can excuse away having 3 doors as having them open onto the patio area from each ‘room’ in your house. Just some sneaky thinking for a way for TH people to get a permanent TH without having to battle zoning regs/building codes/etc AND at the same time, build a tiny house community. I mean, we’ve seen other sneaky methods, such as submitting plans for a bigger house and then building the garage first & stopping there (living in the garage).
