Liberation Tiny Homes is now taking orders for Fall 2022 for their awesome tiny homes, including their Carriage Haus model. The company has moved away from entirely custom homes, and is now offering select upgrades on their various models.
I love their website because you can see how much certain additions/upgrades will cost! Just select the options on the form on their website and see the price change. This model has a loft bedroom, galley kitchen with coffee bar, and a 3/4 bathroom.

Love how much light this has.
Nice tiny home, but my beef with all these is that they never showcase where you are supposed to store your clothing. That is a big consideration, particularly for women and probably a lot of men as well! I would add a few feet to the ends to have a wall-to-wall closet, which could also house a vacuum, mop, etc.
Typically, the closet is built into the stairs and there is a storage loft over the bathroom for long term storage. Smaller spaces just often require out of the box thinking and creativity to make use of every square inch of space, from furniture to built ins and even in the structure of the home itself…
It can also be what you make of it, like you don’t have to have that little table by the sofa but could put a wardrobe behind the stairs instead or have the builder extend that part of the stairs below the loft to enlarge the closet space.
Alternatively, if have a permanent location, you can add a porch or even an addition to place the living room there and convert the present living room into a walk in closet… Among other creative solutions but, basically, there’s a number of people who have done large clothing space solutions and most Tiny Homes are custom built. So it’s usually just a choice, just always trade offs…
