The Browny by Baluchon is a tiny house designed specifically as a home office with multi-functional space. Built for a remote worker who needed a dedicated workspace separate from the main house, this design includes a curved desk setup accommodating four monitors, a home gym area with treadmill, and a guest loft above the office. The storage staircase provides space for office supplies while keeping the work area organized.

Beautiful and useful except for a guest space with no bathroom that I can see. Maybe the climate is ok for midnight walks outside or guests are much, much younger than I am. But I guess it would be a nifty nap space.
This is beautiful, and the space is so well planned. A simple camping potty downstairs would suffice for an overnight stay, or he may already have an accessible outside bathroom next to it. The pictures do not show the whole surroundings. Nevertheless, it’s a great office space, though I’m not sure how much work I’d get done for having to always gaze around at the lovely office. Lol!
Very nicely done, for sure, but I have a question and suggestion. Where do they get the water for making coffee? A trip to the main house? Though not completely necessary, a powder room would be nice to avoid going back and forth to the main house or maybe public bathrooms or out house. Tough to fit into such a small space but it would add some convenience. I would gladly sacrifice some height needed for the loft and add a few more feet to length to have that bathroom. It would be appreciated by anyone who likes to drink either coffee or tea…am I right? 😉 Again, this is a very fun build with good creativity…just adding to the conversation that could offer clues for the builder or potential buyer.
Possibly a container brought from the house. Would provide enough water for the average person to make coffee. Not me, I drink as many as 15 cups a day. And I have no problem sleeping at night. At All.
You’re right about the height of the loft and having extra length for a toilet (not a powder room, for goodness sakes he’s a man) but then again it may make it problematic to eventually on sell. I don’t envision him living forever.
