Ever wanted to live in the trees? This is a village of tiny homes near the Arctic circle that includes a “mirrorcube,” “nest,” and “UFO” treehouse!
Outside, you’ll notice the UFO house looks like something from outer space with a mechanical staircase that lowers to the ground welcoming earthling visitors. The mirrorcube looks like it sounds – a giant cube of glass which hides in the trees because it reflects them. The nest house looks like the home of a prehistoric bird that also blends in with its surroundings. The other treehouses are a variety of shapes and colors – some more traditional, and others more unique.
When you go inside the UFO home, it looks like a cozy place to stay for an intergalactic flight with plenty of beds and couches in the round space. In the mirrorcube, you’ll find yourself surrounded by plywood paneling with windows looking out on the beautiful forest view. The inside of the nest has wood panels and also two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another with bunks for children. You can get a view of all of treehouses by watching the video below!

This is a studio tiny house designed by Tiny Diamond Homes.
These homes are largely customizable and you can even add solar power and get electrical and water hook-ups on them. Outside, you’ll notice a rectangular home with bright blue clapboard and crisp white trim. This home sits on a trailer, so it’s fully mobile. The tall roof includes a bay of windows for extra sunlight inside.
When you go inside, you’ll find this model paneled with knotty pine. A folding divider wall separates the bedroom from the main living area. There’s a wall of built-in white cabinets and an apartment-sized refrigerator. Step into the bathroom and find a tub/shower, sink and toilet as well as a washer and dryer!

This is the beautiful Collinwood Micro Cabin by Gute.
From the outside, you’ll notice this little shelter has a funky oblong shape with horizontal board and batten siding and a shingled roof that drapes down the sides of the camper. There are wonderful wrought iron wheels under the body which make it look like something from Cinderella, doesn’t it?
When you go inside, you’ll find a crisp, clean home with beautiful pine boards on the ceiling and floor. The dinette on one side turns into a queen-size bed and across the way is a built-in bunk bed. It includes thermal paned windows, three of which open and one that is a fixed octagon window as well as a solid oak dutch door.

You’ve likely never seen a tiny home set-up like this! This is a tiny cabin with a bus by Tiny Houses Off the Grid.
Outside, you’ll notice an old bus buried in a hill with a 16 x 22 deck built above it. On the deck, you’ll find a super tiny 7′ x 10′ cabin.
When you go inside, you’ll find a bed on one side of the structure with a corner counter top including a hot plate and shelves for food items. The house has a metal roof and pine walls, and the porch includes a lounge and an umbrella. From the deck, you have wonderful panoramic views of the forest that make you feel like one with the nature surrounding you.

This is a 108 square feet man cave tiny house!
From the outside, you’ll see a tiny bright blue structure on a gorgeous hillside. Take steps up to the back of the roof, which is flat, and you can recline and take in the stunning views of the ocean.
The home in entirely DIY, with another mud brick stairway which leads to the house. The structure is connected to the hillside with a row of skylight windows, to allow an “indoor/outdoor” feel. The owner dug into the hill and created a cave-like kitchen that looks like it’s a part of nature. The kitchen counter tops are granite slabs, the shelves are created out of Italian marble, and a nifty fireplace stands in the corner.
Across from the “cave kitchen” is the main house which includes an intricate pulley system which lifts his bed into the ceiling and lowers it at night. He also has a desk and various dressers for clothing, books, and entertainment. Watch the video below for a great tour of this amazing humble home.

They are only making 100 models, so if you want one you’ll have to snatch it up quickly! Outside, you’ll find a sleek retro aluminium facade complete with an awning and the flexibility to park wherever you want to call home. To convince you further, Airstream will donate $1,000 to the National Park Foundation for each trailer they sell!
When you go inside, you’ll find a fully off-the-grid capable home and the sharp contrast of metal and tan accents, including wooden floors, leather upholstery and wooden cabinets beneath the large sink. In 236 sq. feet, you can sleep six people: two in the bedroom, two in the convertible lounge, and another two in the convertible dining area. You can even add on solar power if you plan on traveling for a long time away from power sources. The kitchen includes a fridge, three-burner cooktop, an oven and a microwave for all your cooking needs. In the bathroom you’ll get a shower, toilet and water heater, as well as a 39-gallon fresh water tank, a grey water tank and a black water tank like a standard R.V. All with a price tag of about $114,600!

This is and adorable tiny log cabin in Poland.
Outside, you’ll find a traditional-looking square home with a cozy gable metal roof and stone chimney. The house is made of logs and on the inside, is clad in pine.
A tiny wood-burning stove sits in the corner of the home on a stone facade. The bathroom includes a stand-up shower and heated stone floors. A ladder leads to the loft above where a bed sits on the floor under a skylight. Step outside onto the porch and enjoy gorgeous views of the Polish landscape in any season.

Have you ever considered living, working, and travelling in a van?
Then this couple’s van life documentary is a must-watch because they share the sometimes tough truth about what it’s really like fitting your whole life into a camper van.
From the outside, the van looks like what you’d expect: dark blue, a compartment on top for your bed, and a bike rack in the rear. On the inside, this isn’t a quaint tiny home spruced up for professional pictures. You’ll see a dinette and kitchen area stuffed with food, games and other necessaries. Laptops clutter the table, clothes are strewn in every crevice, and as this couple will tell you, life on the road isn’t always easy. At one point the couple can’t sleep because of a loud storm, and at another point, the 6-foot 6-inch man is trying to get comfortable on the dinette. During a board game, the van is tilted, messing with the dice roll. Yet all of this, they say, is making them better people because of how it’s pushing their limits and forcing them to cope even though travelling in and sharing such a small space can be challenging.
