Luwan’s Bright Indigo River Tiny Home

Luwan was dealt a bad hand, but she didn’t let that get her down. After a tough divorce, she chose to start over in her very own tiny house, built by Indigo River Tiny Homes. The house was tailored to her needs and wants, and the resulting 35 foot built is incredible.

She lives with her three dogs, and her home makes certain they have all they need. I love her bedroom loft, which allows her to stand upright on two sides of the bed. The builder even installed a fold-out stool to help her get in and out of her cushy bed.

The kitchen has a stunning L-shaped counter with a huge sink and all the amenities you’d need minus a dishwasher. And her bathroom includes a washer/dryer combo and a gorgeous shower stall. Be sure to watch the full interview with Tiny Home Tours below!

We haven’t posted any shipping container homes in awhile, so I was excited to come across this gem that’s a vacation rental in Austin, Texas. The dusty blue exterior makes way for a sleek interior lined with lots of galvanized metal.

The home features a studio-style set-up, with a queen bed tucked at one end, and a separate bathroom complete with a rainfall shower and flush toilet on the other end.

There’s a little kitchenette and seating area in the middle, where you’ll find a mini-fridge, microwave, sink, toaster oven and the all-important coffee-maker. Book your stay at HipCamp.

Off Grid 8×22 Family THOW for Travel 2

This is an off-grid, travel-ready THOW with an awesome history. It was self-built by a couple (@bigtrucklittlehouse) who took it across the country and back again, living in it full-time for two years, and for one year with their infant son. They’ve now put down roots as they build their family, and it’s your chance to call this rig home!

The home features tons of storage, a full kitchen, comfortable seating and a really need bedroom set-up! They split the back of the THOW in two, with mom and dad’s bed “upstairs” and the baby’s bedroom beneath. There’s also a wet bath cubby with a composting toilet.

With 176 square feet, the house is compact enough to make it easy to tow, but large enough to fit a couple or little family. They are asking $49,000K, and you can contact the seller at Tiny House Marketplace.

COVID-Project: 1987 Dodge Roadtrek Campervan $8K Conversion 2

Sometimes good things really do just fall in your lap! Hanna and Cody weren’t looking for a van, but when they saw one on the side of the road for sale by owner, and they had plenty of COVID-era free time on their hands, they chose to jump at the opportunity to convert it into a home on wheels!

They took out two of the extra passenger seats to allow for more room and an epic cooler. They did choose to leave the original orange shag carpet at the front of the van, but otherwise replaced it with laminate flooring that offers an easy-to-clean surface.

You’ll want to check out all the details (like their hidden toilet) in the Tiny Home Tours video below! Follow them on Instagram here.

Tiny Treasure 27′ THOW with Amazing Built-Ins

Look at this fantastic tiny house that’s for sale in Maryland. The 350 square foot house has tons of features you’re sure to enjoy when going tiny, including a bathtub.

I love these storage steps in particular. While cubbies under the stairs are nothing new, I like how deep these cabinets are, and that one of them has been set up as a bookshelf, and another as a full closet for hanging clothing.

The convection oven and propane stovetop give you plenty of cooking options, and there are two lofts for sleeping. The living room even features a lovely bay window. Contact the seller, asking $45,000, at Tiny House Marketplace here.

After purging plenty and donating some 20 bags of clothing, Will & Devan were ready to move into their tiny house, crafted for them by Liberation Tiny Homes.

The lovely house features two lofts with a split storage staircase, a breathtaking custom kitchen, and a bathroom with a huge 5-foot walk in shower and a flush toilet.
