UPDATE: This tiny house is SOLD… This is a 255 sq. ft. tiny house for sale called the Firefly Manor. It’s currently priced at $29,995 and located in Aldie, VA.
It features two sleeping lofts and a walk-in closet. The owners of this tiny home are relocating and cannot take their tiny house with them.

What was once a 350 sq. ft. garage is now the “Family Cave”. Located in Memphis, Tennessee this garage was converted by Dwayne A. Jones Construction in October 2017. It now serves as a great hang out spot for the whole family. Imagine having family movie night or game night here! Of course, it also makes for a great little home! Either way, enjoy the tour below!

This is a 70 sq. ft. micro cabin nestled in the Formosan Koa Forest of Hawaii.
When you go inside, you’ll find a queen size bed, a small kitchenette with double burner stove, refrigerator and sink. There is also an outdoor shower and toilet and a relaxing area to hang out. There’s also an outdoor hammock to take a nap in.
