What was once a 350 sq. ft. garage is now the “Family Cave”. Located in Memphis, Tennessee this garage was converted by Dwayne A. Jones Construction in October 2017. It now serves as a great hang out spot for the whole family. Imagine having family movie night or game night here! Of course, it also makes for a great little home! Either way, enjoy the tour below!

Highlights

I am Dwayne A. Jones owner of Dwayne A. Jones Construction Company. I would like to share a recently completed garage storage area conversation to a 350 sq. ft. “family cave”. This unit is located in Memphis, Tennessee and has a vaulted ceiling with skylight, pendulum lights, cable tv, beautiful outdoors sitting area, bathroom with shower, toilet, and vanity. The unit has gray ceramic tile with wood grain print in the bathroom, gray bamboo flooring in main room, a 40 gallon electric hot water tank, window AC/Heat unit, ceiling fan, and connected to city utilities and sewer. The “family cave” was completed in October 2017.

Our big thanks to Dwayne A. Jones for sharing!
