This small log cabin-style house sits on 12 gorgeous acres of land in Tennessee! It has a covered front porch and a bonus fifth wheel on the property that’s been well-cared for and comes with its permanent porch. It’s a small house and a tiny house — all in one! This means you can likely add a tiny house on wheels to the property as well!

The house itself has one large bedroom with a bathroom/laundry room and a great room with exposed beams, a stove, and an L-shaped kitchen. The Fifth wheel has a large bump-out to create a spacious living/kitchen area and a King-sized bedroom. You can purchase the 12 acres of land, house, and RV for $349,900.

Here’s an incredible two-story “round” (more hexagonal) vacation home that’s truly one-of-a-kind. While the exterior looks rather modest, on the inside the structure manages to fit three bedrooms and three bathrooms! Oh, and a grand kitchen with full-sized appliances.

Both levels have a living room, and the one on the second floor includes a stone fireplace. Wrapping around the front of the home is a large deck that includes a hot tub and a gorgeous view! This would be a great spot for a family get-together.

Maybe you disagree, but I don’t think I’ll ever tire of looking at Hobbit Holes! Each has unique features, but all call back to the source material with round doors, wooden accents, and a warm and cozy vibe.

This one in Tennessee is no exception. The 360-square-foot space is a great spot to unwind and unplug. There’s no TV or internet access, but “The Hobbit” and “Lord of the Rings” trilogy are available indoors. A queen bed, kitchen, and bathroom with a stone shower stall provide all you need for a weekend getaway. What do you think?

Looking for an affordable tiny house? This tiny house — on skids — is only $35k! While yes, you’ll need to pay for transport, if you live anywhere near Johnson City, Tennessee (where it currently resides) it might be the perfect affordable housing option.

What I love most about this tiny home (besides the price) is the entryway with a mudroom and full walk-in closet! This allows a perfect spot for you to store shoes, jackets, hats, bags, and all those items that end up without a home. You’ll also find a loft bedroom, a full kitchen, and a bathroom. We suspect the dimensions of this 240-sq.-ft. tiny home are 24×10. What do you think?

Daymon did a lot of research about other eco retreats and glamping resorts and found the biggest complaint across the board was with the bathhouses. So he determined to win the bathhouse war and make the nicest glamping showers you’ve ever seen! They have endless hot water, multiple shower heads, exposed copper piping, and mirrors, yet still retain a rustic charm with sinks carved out of wood slabs.

Byrd Creek is an amazing glamping resort filled with tiny cabins built from wood, which felled on the property and hewn by a local sawmill. There’s a community kitchen on site as well, and the creek is perfect for tubing!

Sara and Keenan were looking to move in together when they stumbled on a used tiny house for sale on Facebook Marketplace and decided to take the plunge and buy it. They’ve taken the space and made it their own, complete with a special office area and a cozy, magical loft bedroom.

They live in Tennessee on family land and have full electrical and plumbing hook-ups. A big deck provides a spot to enjoy their property and Sara planted a big half-moon garden bed filled with flowers that bloom in the spring.

Gloria lived in California for over 40 years, but never felt at home — until she packed up everything and moved into a custom-designed tiny house with a separate sunroom on one of the Incredible Properties in Tennessee. She pays just $200/month on rent and has a lovely spot to call her own.

The sunroom includes a huge storage cabinet, L-shaped couch, and a giant projector screen. Inside the main house, she has a first-floor bedroom cubby with oodles of storage underneath and even a 4×6 shower stall in her large bathroom. This tiny house really has it all. Enjoy the video tour below!
