At 330 square feet on a 30-by-11-foot footprint, this modern tiny home packs drywall interiors, custom maple cabinetry, a 24-inch induction cooktop, a bathroom laundry combo, and a covered deck into a package that looks and feels nothing like a trailer — all for $174,000 from a builder with over 400 homes under their belt and full RVIA certification.

Eugene, OR — Oct. 17, 2025 — Tru Form Tiny, a luxury tiny home builder headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, has completed a one-of-a-kind 34-foot custom gooseneck tiny house travel trailer for a Louisville, Kentucky couple who drew inspiration from one of the company’s earlier builds. After touring Tru Form Tiny’s very first gooseneck model of another client, the couple commissioned their own version, tailored for remote work, off-grid capability, and intentional design. They plan to relocate to Tennessee, joining another Tru Form Tiny homeowner couple in the community.

The handcrafted spec model travel trailer, part of Tru Form Tiny’s high-end Terra Series, was selected by a family in Napa, California seeking an alternative for short-term housing while their primary residence undergoes major repairs. The family entrusted the Tru Form team to deliver a tiny home solution that could be delivered quickly without sacrificing quality or design.

Tru Form Tiny recently completed a custom 28′ Urban Payette for a customer, and the results are stunning, as always. This unique home has flat dark green metal siding with cedar accents around the door. The flip-down deck matches and provides outdoor living space wherever the house is parked.
Light wood tones and white shiplap inside the house make the kitchen area look bright and cheerful. A moody book nook sits beneath the small loft, inviting you to curl up with a novel.
