This 55-sq.-ft. Micro Cabin on Wheels has a Kitchenette

Brennan built this micro-cabin on wheels that packs so much into just 55 square feet! Step onto the flip-down deck and walk inside to the kitchenette space that includes a 2 burner propane cooktop, micro sink, a mini-fridge/freezer, and butcher block countertops.

Just beyond the kitchen is the living/dining/bedroom. During the daytime, it’s easily set up as a corner bench with a flip-up table, and at night it converts to a full-sized bed. It would work well as an office space or even as a tiny Airbnb if you had other access to a restroom. What do you think?

Someone will accept this building. There are many companies and individuals who have and may still be able to build a tiny home with the missing utilities for that $36000 or less and give the owner more space.
I did see wet looking lines along a seem in the ceiling area. The narrowness of the home does not allow for easy bed making. One has to crawl into bed from one end. The photo of bed out appears to show a need for support of mattress along one wall.
As for elimination, one could store a small port-a-potty in the closet then pull it out for use.
As is, this home may be acceptable for short term use, or welcomed by someone near homeless status.

I’m so glad we got to see this finished! I love the exterior, especially the awning type cover over the door. It looks easy to hang out in there and to be able to cook and store food and drinks. Lovely finishes, nice design. Price may be a wee bit steep, but I’m sure there’s room for negotiation, right? Great job!

Seems there are more possibilities – I think I would have widened to the outside of the fenders and gained much more space, especially considering the amount spent. JMO
