GREAT price! And lots of chances to customize the wee barn home.
I really like the looks, inside and out. No water? I wonder if you would have to drill a well to have water? Probably no electricity as well – that looks like a propane tank outside the building. If I lived closer I could really consider this place and making it to my liking. You can do a lot with 400sf!
You can do a lot with 1 acre!
Look again, Alex, asking price is $139,000. A bit pricy, for what you get.
Ooops- wrong link. I think you need to sort that out 🙂
Love the modified barn roof line. Much more headroom. I have yet to understand why ppl put higher pitches roofs, possibly with dormers. Lots of wasted space for heat to rise in the winter when it is needed downstairs.
The aerial photo of the lot looks heavily wooded and the recent ground photos show completely stripped land. Just as an observation, it looks as if someone bought this property, sold off the timber, and is now dumping it. It looks like the owner of the larger parcel this section is being cut from may be the person. Way too much money for barren land and one butt-ugly tiny house.
Okay, if the price is just 39K instead of 139K, the price is okay, but buying stripped land is just sorry, unless the new owner wants to sod it and be a lawn slave for a living.
